I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to fix the AC and refresh the transmission fluid. They did a whole work up on things I needed done and other concerns they found. Extremely pleased that they went around and looked at other potential issues and weren’t pushy about them in the slightest, just informative about what needed work. This is the first time I’ve worked with them and not only am I pleased with the work they did, but also what in the world they did to my car. I have no idea what they did, but it drives so much smoother than when I brought it in, literally everything felt far more responsive than when I left it with them. I will definitely be coming back here for any further services that need to be done, very impressed.

!!!LADIES, GO TO PERRY'S!!! *** Perry's is the only shop I've ever truly trusted. Collin is an amazing, sweet man who will do whatever he can to help you. He has never made me feel stupid when explaining automotive issues to me and will even give you recommendations on whether or not a car is worth continuing to put money into. I've had terrible luck with cars and dealerships but at the end of the day I know that I can go to Perry's for help. PSA FOR WOMEN: I've been lied to and had shops try to charge me for things I didn't need and overcharge for things that I did. I've never had that issue here. I've been struggling financially each time I've visited Perry's and Collin has worked with me every time. Please support them, they truly do have your best interest in mind!! My first visit was in 2023 and I'll continue to rely on them as long as they're open :)

I recently brought my Mustang in for control arms and tie rods. Four of the original control arm mounting bolts could not be reused, so they substituted those with brand new Grade 8 bolts. Details like that show that they don't cut corners. I previously visited Perry Auto for service on my truck. They have always done great work and it's usually completed quicker than expected.

I had thee most complex aggravating issue with my ignition switch/WIN Module for my 2013 Ram 1500. No one and i do mean NO ONE could give me an exact fix. I went here to get an alignment after Belle tire tried to upsell me on an alignment and "aftermarket parts" that I needed for my vehicle for over $300. My family of five have all taken our vehicles to Perry Auto on McKinley for a few years, and have always had good experiences. Everyone is friendly, seem knowledgeable and have always been able to quickly fix the issues at reasonable cost. Recently, we took our car for an exhaust inspection. JR was humble and honest when he told us they would need to order and replace the whole system (which would be costly) when only the resonator was bad. He was conscientious about saving us money and made recommendations of places we could take our car that have specialized equipment for exhaust repair, to have only what we needed replaced. I will continue to use Perry Auto service for future auto repairs, because I know they can be trusted.

Had an alignment done. Alignment seemed good for a day then vehicle started having issues. Took front wheel off to find that the tech. never loosened the boot clip & instead twisted the boot severely when adjusting the inner tie rod. He also rubbed off some of the rust protection on the frame in wheel well nearby tie rod. He also removed outer tie rod pin & never put back in. Would not go back again.
