I had no problems with customer service at all here very nice guy. I had subwoofers installed several months ago here. Worked great up until a month ago. Went and had it checked out by another shop in Fort Wayne who does show vehicles and the wiring is a complete mess the guy who checked it out laughed when he saw the install of the wires everything else he said was perfect. I would come here again but not for a subwoofer install.
