I bought a Groupon Deal for a car detailing and was very pleased with the service. On my way to our appointment I stopped at the wrong shop and they were quick to tell me that these guys do a terrible job with bait and switch tactics so I was surprised when our experience went so well. Perhaps some of these bad reviews are from competitors. Our experience is for detailing only but I believe they went above and beyond in getting our car to look great.

Dave is a great guy! I’ve read the other complaint reviews and they don’t match the business. Dave can’t make a dollar out of fifteen cents. But what Dave can do is get your car done in a day with a days notice. I’ve had several things done there, and he’s always done a fantastic job!

It's been months since I had a remote start installed here and the experience still bothers me enough to write a negative review. The “gentleman” at the counter was condescending and rude. Not sure if it was because I am a woman or because that’s just his demeanor. What’s worse is I had an appointment to have a particular brand and style of remote start installed. When I picked my car up after hours, the cheaper, inferior brand had been installed. They didn’t tell me in advance or call to ask if it was okay. When I noticed the wrong one had been installed I called them and had to drive all the way out there to get a refund for the price difference (25 min drive each way). He wasn’t apologetic and was again unfriendly. He said they must have been out of the model/brand I had requested and used the other instead. Again, I had an appointment for the installation. Should have had made sure the correct part was in stock. Made me wonder how many people they do this to & hope they don't notice. Won’t be going back here. Don’t recommend or trust them. The only reason they have 2 stars instead of 1 is because the remote start they installed works fine so far.

I would not recommend this place. I went in for a detailing on my van. I had to use a vacation day for this because Auto One doesn't service vans on the weekend. First it took 4hrs and then my van wasn't clean. I asked them to get a specific spot (candy from the kids) off my carpet. They did not get the spot out. I had some spots on the carpet and seats, they didn't get those out either. Candy pieces were still stuck in the carpet. As I inspected the van I saw that the wood work that's in my van was not wiped down. Nor were the door panels or the screens on my windows. They said they washed my van but it was still dirty. They told me there would be an extra charge for cleaning the blinds in the van. I was cool with that, but then they told me they could only clean one side of the blinds. I still allowed them to clean the one side of the blinds. I expressed that I was unsatisfied with the detailing and the owner offered to re-detail the van. I declined since I had already used a vacation day to get this done and now I they wanted me to come back again. They even convinced me to get a water repellent on the windshield. At least, the owner only charged me for the taxes on the extra work that was done (half cleaning the blinds and the water repellent), but not the price of the blinds and repellent. This was one of the worst detailing jobs ever. I could have done a better job myself. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought detailing meant that they would pay closer attention to detail when cleaning my van than I would. I was going to get an alarm system from them, but I won't after the messed up job they did on detailing my van. No thanks.

Avoid this place at all costs. I had a remote starter installed here, and within six months, it completely failed. When I returned for help, I was treated with disrespect and disregard an experience that, sadly, I can't help but feel was influenced by racial bias. My car sat at the shop for three days before I was told to pay $10 for a new remote battery. That same day, I got home only to discover the car wouldn’t start. I took it to a different, more reputable shop, where they found the original installation had been done poorly and was draining my battery. On top of that, I also had window tinting done here it was a low-quality job that didn’t last. In the end, I spent even more money fixing the problems caused by their cheap parts and poor workmanship. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Not a good experience. Tint job had bubbles weeks after work in warm weather. Took car back to have window redone and was charged again for it. Also took a chunk out of the inside of my door panel removing the first tint job. Never again!

Not a good experience. Wouldn't recommend it. Radio currently still going off pop on in 8 to 9 days. Took it back up there phone to replace it and fix it again. Did that work for a good 3-4 days now? Currently rayo is back off. No signs of life
