He is a very rude disrespectful mechanic told me he would be here at 1:00 today and then messages me and cancels it after I told him that I already canceled my rental car and needed to go to work he had me spend my money on the part for my car and then never showed up they are not very good mechanics

He left me and my friend stranded at a gas station and promised us he would come back and help! Never did, won’t answer our calls and we live 2 hrs away. told us he would help at 11am the next day, never showed up! Highly don’t recommend him!!!

I called and set up an inspection for a Friday he canceled last minute and rescheduled it for Saturday and then no called and no showed and refused to respond to any phone calls or text messages however he insisted on payment up front which he received on Thursday and then refused to refund it after my request. I had to get American Express involved to get my money back for the work he never provided and refused to even respond to refund requests

Booked an appointment Tuesday, For Saturday at 12. Saturday came and he refused to respond or even call back. keeps declining calls and once I got through he is claiming no one had an appointment Saturday. I have the text receipt to prove that we did. Worst service dont waste your time!

We were on our trip to Mishawaka as a family and there our car stopped on the road due to battery drained out issue. On Sunday, with all the auto repair stores closed, luckily we were able to find out Kegan and he graciously accepted to investigate our car immediately. He is very kind to give ride for us to and fro to the auto parts stores and dropping us in our temporary stay place. By asking our issues by phone itself, he guessed what could be the problem. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and opened 24/7 . I will highly recommend Kegan!
