Amy and the team at Audi service are fantastic. Side mirror was knocked off while I was shopping and I called Amy to see about a quote. She guided me through my insurance claim and additional diagnostic. She scheduled a loaner for when the part was in and painted and magically the mirror works again like new! Communication is excellent, as you can choose email texts or phone calls. Just very friendly lady and professional. I am very glad to hold my service agreement here as well.

I have been going to this dealership for the last 5 years. One thing I don’t like about this place every time I go is how I am being greeted, talked to and considered. There is one customer service rep named Amy. She is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I like the dealership, the mechanic does a great job but how the rep greet people is totally unacceptable. I got into argument more than one with that rep hoping she might change her behavior. But no, she is adamant about how she treats people. This rep must leave her old ways and be welcoming. I hope they have something called performance report or performance metrics.

I must admit I was a bit nervous but when I got here micheal b. Was awesome greeted me with a smile and was very nice. I have a bad time before , but this time I got a lil hope towards the future.
