May 2024 my husband needed to look at my car due Noise coming from underneath. He discovered my axles were bad and my hub assemblies were bad. I always kept all my paperwork on any repairs done. I realized that quality auto had replaced my hub assemblies back in August 20 20. Lie lie lie they never replaced my hub assemblies but they charged me $1100 to do so. The hub assemblies that were on my car look like the originals from 2005. Very disappointed in this company. I Thought that I could trust this place with my vehicle. If you’re not going to do the repairs, they don’t charge your customers for the repairs. Will never take my car back there ever ever ever again.

Had to have an engine replaced in my SUV. Other shops either quoted me an outrageous price or claimed they would need to buy special tools. Quality had my truck just a lite over 2 weeks and got the job done slightly under their estimate. Will definitely give them my business from now on.
