Rob Leazenby has been very professional, equally helpful, and extraordinarily accessible since we purchased a used Niro more than two years ago. On a recent weekend trip to Traverse City area, our check engine light came on about 90 miles from our destination, so I sent Rob a text. He immediately responded and recommended that we take our Niro to the dealer in Traverse City. The dealer scanned the code, and the agent concluded that if we added some fuel injection cleaner to the gas tank, the car was okay to drive. By the time we returned to South Bend at the end of the weekend, the check engine light had gone out. Being able to reach Rob via text over a weekend and get his advice was invaluable and led to a very happy ending!

If I could only rate a 0 for this Service Center! Their work is terrible and causes other issues with your vehicle in which they will not own up to! Took my vehicle in for recall work and then my car went on a downward spiral from the moment I picked it up! The Service MGR Larry is a very mean and arrogant guy who could care less about your vehicle or you as a customer if you’re not getting a service that costs! He then stated I would have to pay $190 or more for them to find the spiraling electrical issues they created if they looked at my car! How about you fix what you screwed up! His attitude was very rude, he refused to make eye contact with me and only stared at his computer. I feel for his staff that deal with him on a daily basis. I took my car back there for multiple issues with the wiring and fuses AFTER they completed recall work to the major fuses underneath my hood . He then went on to try and convince me all my issues started before their work??? Seriously Dude? It drove in here just fine with no issues! I only scheduled the appt due to a recall notice from KIA. This service center is not to be trusted! I stopped going there shortly after I purchased my car years ago for this very reason! Here we go AGAIN! Shame on you Larry for the way I was treated today! Avoid this place if at all possible!
