What a disappointment. I have taken my cars and trucks to Bell Tire for years, (since they first opened on Grape Rd.) Today I went there because one of the rear pressure sensors was defective and after toping off the pressure and driving it for a week, it wouldn’t reset.
After a long while, the salesperson suggested that I replace the 2 rear tires as they were starting to get worn. With winter around the corner, I gave the ok and asked that they change the oil while they were at it.
A while later I paid my $600 bill and he told me the pressure sensor should reset itself after a while. WHAT? You didn’t change the Sensor? That is why I brought it in. He responded by saying, that it would be another $85 if you want us to change it.
I had just spent Way more time and money than I should have and they NEVER addressed the problem I came in for.
Now I have to find another tire center that is more interested in solving the problem than upselling. They are not the same as they once were.

Went to Walmart for new Tires and left there with some balance issues in my tires that my vehicle did not have before, brought it to Belle, not only did they rebalance all my tires and make them right, they did it all free of charge.

My service was great. Only took about and hour to have an alignment done. But on the other hand having to wait over 30 minutes to get my bill and pay is kinda outrageous. And doesn’t really take 3 people to explain wat is wrong with the a customers tire. But other then that my service was great on the mechanical side and can’t beat the price I paid

Belle Tire refused to replaced the valve stem on my wheel. I had brought the same wheel in two days earlier for a nail hole. They patched that, and sent me on my way. I came back in to get the valve stem on the same wheel replaced, because they had not actually fixed the whole leak. This time, they refused to do the repair because the tire was "too worn." As per manufacturer guidlines, the tire is fine and does not need replaced. There is even a wear marker molded into the tire saying it is fine. They were blatantly lying to sell unnecessary new tires. I am displeased and unimpressed. Discount Tire took it with no hassle, and are fixing it right now. Give them your business instead.
