I have been taking my cars to LAB Auto for the past 8 years. They are always honest, always professional, always communicative. I used to take my car to other places. I would be expecting a certain range of prices for repairs, and the prices would always shock me when they would say it would be much higher. With LAB, almost ever time, I have been shocked that the price was lower than my prediction. The work is always top notch, and they never try to sell you a repair you don't need. I'd be very surprised to find a better automotive repair shop in the area.

Highly recommended auto repair shop. If I can't fix it myself (or don't have time), this is my place. I think I have been taking vehicles here for pushing 20 years now. They do high-quality work at fair prices. They won't try to upsell you on additional work. If times are tight, they are super helpful also (the polar opposite of a dealership service department). They can do a top-shelf job and fix anything, but you can also say "guys, I'm pretty broke...what's the minimum that we can do to just keep my jalopy running and safe?" Please support local businesses; this is a great one.

You cannot go wrong with this shop, they will make sure the job is done right. I rarely leave positive reviews but this shop earned it! I've recently ran into some bad luck with another shop that damaged my car, this shop came in to help me fix it up. I can't work on my car right now because of an accident and surgeries I've been in so I'm just grateful they were able to help me out. Good people are still out there, and they work here. Definitely recommend and will return.

First timer at Lab Auto. I took our 2009 Lexus into Lab auto and asked for a complete vehicle review and to let me know what all was needed (for my daughter to take the car to NYC and so that I could rest assured that the car would be reliable for her!). It was sort of like a blank check- ha ha. Larry was thorough and came back with complete recommendations. But surprisingly the list or work was not that long; the work was done and at very reasonable costs. Lab Auto was honest and transparent with me, which in the auto repair industry frequently is not the norm. We will return our other vehicles to Larry, they have our business.!

After our mechanic went out of business a few years ago, we began bringing our car to Lab Auto. They've replaced the front and rear brakes, changed the transmission fluid, and worked on a few other issues. They are always friendly, get the work completed quickly, and their prices are very reasonable.

Trust is the foundation of EVERY relationship. I have an extensive history with heavy truck and automotive repair and customer relationships for nearly 60 years. I can honestly say that I am VERY appreciative of the skill and honesty of this local business.(especially the younger gentleman). They diagnosed and repaired my older Toyota 4Runner with a quarter of a million miles, fixed it, and it runs like new again…. For around $200!!! They will definitely be my go to for any and all of my automotive work and I’m strongly advising my children and family members to direct their business to LAB Automotive. I GREATLY APPRECIATE their skill and honesty and (and the fact that they saved me hundreds of dollars). I can’t recommend them enough! They are what automotive repair shops should aspire to be.
