Staff are friendly and they got back to me within 48 hours with an estimate. When there was a problem with a part they ordered they notified me right away. There was no housing fee for keeping my car there for over a week and the labor costs weren't any more than I expected for what they had to do. All in all, five stars. If I ever need to I will be entrusting my car to them again.

Such friendly and polite people here, and I mean all of em. From the time I walked in the door to the time I picked my car up, Martin and his crew were amazing. They answered all questions and not once did I feel upcharged or told I need some crazy expensive part. All in all great place love taking my vehicles here.

I took my daughter's car in to fix a mechanical issue with the convertible top and they did a fantastic job. The Chrysler dealer in town quoted over $3,000 to fix and Martins did for a couple hundred bucks. Honest, fair, great service. Definitely recommend.

Did a great job replacing my transmission. I will be back to get custom exhaust work done soon. Update: 11/12/2023 I wish I could have kept the praise train going, but saddly I cannot. Found the shops weakness, communication and multiple repair items. It looks like as long as you only have a single item repair these guys do a great job, but if you need more than 1 repair your only going to get about half of them done. I even sent an email with a scope of work listing each item. They do not communicate with you until you start asking questions about your repairs when they tell you your car is ready. That is when you find out the work wasn't done and if you want the work done how much more they are going to charge you. I spent $1300 and now have to find another shop to finish the rest of the repairs they were hired to do. Very disappointed, had high hopes. I will say the items they did do , seem done very well. This includes a more complex repair of changing a timing belt and associated water pump. So it is not that they don't do good work, they just can't project manage.

As a woman I have had my fair share of mechanics that take advantage of people. I was so blessed when my friend told me about Martin's Auto Clinic. Martin and his staff are professional and pleasant to work with. It's like a breath of fresh air compared to so many others! They are fair and they try their best to get your vehicle back to you as soon as they can. But most importantly, to me, I know that my car is going to be repaired right! They tell me exactly what's wrong, and they tell me exactly what they need to do to fix it. I've been a client of Martin's for years now, and I won't take my car to anyone else.

If I could give a 1000 stars I would. Martin and his crew are AMAZING they've fixed things that I've spent thousands to try to get fixed, for a cpl hundred. So I bring my car to them for anything and EVERYTHING! They are honest and very fair priced and VERY EFFICIENT! I really appreciate them and their work. Theyve saved me and my wallet alot of pain and damage. They show me what needs fixed and why so you know you can trust they aren't just for your money! They care about their customers THANK YOU!

Martin looked at my wife's car and took into consideration what I told him might be wrong with it. He ended up finding out if was just the battery and recommended replacing it. Additionally, they noticed the serpentine belt was getting worn and recommended we change it soon. Overall a great experience with Martin and his crew. I will be going back to them for further service on our vehicles. Update 03-22-2022: Been utilizing Martin's for over a year now and would recommend their service to anyone. Just make sure you schedule your service in advance because they get booked out about 2 weeks pretty fast.

My husband and I are moving away from Mishawaka after living here for 5 years, and it is not an exaggeration to say that leaving Martin’s is one of the things we’ll miss most about this community. Our first encounter with Martin was for an early morning emergency repair, before going on a trip to Alabama. We had just moved to Mishawaka, and knew no one. We called Martin's Auto Clinic, because their website said they opened at 7a. He personally answered the phone and told us to come right over. He temporarily fixed the problem, gave us 2 jugs of antifreeze, and told us to check the water level every few hours. We made the appointment for the permanent repair and he sent us on our way, without accepting a penny. The trip was fine with no problems. Thanks again, Martin!!! Martin and his team are great! They save us money by only performing the necessary repairs and letting us know when other repairs, suggested by others, are not necessary. He is trustworthy and kind. His whole team is highly skilled in their trade. None of his team treat me, as a woman, like I am an idiot, like other places have. He guarantees his work. I highly recommend Martin's Auto Clinic to anyone and everyone. I am grateful for them.

They did the job, but I’m probably not gonna be back. The phone etiquette was not there, and I had to practically shake them down over the phone to get a realistic timeline of when I would get my car back. They kept telling me “oh tomorrow“ and I didn’t get my car back for a week and a half. I understand, trying to get it in when they can, but it’s obvious that they’re too busy to promise that.

When I was contacted to be given the diagnostic of my vehicle, the gentleman on the phone mentioned my serpentine belt was going bad but failed to mention that my tire rod was very loose. They are so concerned with the upsells and little things that they can make money off of here that they fail to mention critical concerns to your car. Truly is a shame for this was once a fantastic place to take your vehicle for service

I broke a wire in my Electrical harness on my pickup and Martin was able to get in to a tough spot on the truck and repair it. Saved me from a huge headache. I couldn't be happier with their service. Jake kept me updated every step of the way and they had the repair done quick.
