Took my 2019 Malibu in for repair and needed to use the shuddle service to drop of and later pick me back up. I received phone calls on what they found out and how much the repairs would be. Overall a great experience, and will continue to get my business.

My insurance considered them a preferred repair shop for my accident. Parts took forever- understandable. Estimator specifically asked me if I slammed on my brakes during the accident. I said yes, very hard. ( I hit a deer). When I picked up my vehicle I asked him if anything was replaced on the brakes or tires. He said no the were fine.
Here I am needed to replace my pads and rotors.

They post they close at 6pm. Showed up at 5:19pm and was turned away saying they had "4 cars in the bay" and were done for the day. Wasted gas to travel there. What time do you REALLY close Gates Service?

I got an oil change done yesterday and I thought everything was fine until I heard something dragging so I looked under my car and noticed my shield was dragging. So I took it back up there today to let them know that they didn’t put my shield back on my car correctly, and they had the audacity to look me in my face and say“it looks like you left here and went home and tore apart your car”. Right because I definitely went home and tore apart my car for fun. Ridiculous! I don’t recommend taking your car to Gates for anything!!

Went there as a teenager for a couple years for oil changes and had nothing but bad experiences time after time. Well after not going there for 5+ years I decided to give them another chance and of coarse first time I go back just for a basic oil change and tire rotation I get a call 4 hours after dropping it off that it is done which I was in no hurry so no big deal. Well they did do the oil change but no rotation. And I know this because one on my rims has a big chip in it. So when I asked them why it wasn’t done they argued and told me it was even though it was clear that the tread on my front tires was still a lot more worn than the back. Anyways this place will not get my business again what a joke of a auto shop.
