So happy with my experience at the prestige car wash drive through in East bridgewater, keeps my truck looking clean, new and protected. Line always moves quickly if there is one and I can usually get a vacuum spot right after. I have not had any issues with the drive in car wash no scratch or dents scrapes. Staff is always helpful and polite!

Used the self care wash and it said $6 to start so I scan my card and get started then after about 7 mins im wondering why it's not beeping at me to swipe again or just shutting off by itself and come to find out it just keeps ringing the total up as you use it. So 7 mins costed me $11.25 ill never be back ! Nice and clean in brockton takes quarters and it just shuts off after your minutes are up much easier than being scammed with my debit card at this prestige . There's also about 4 slots on the panel to insert cash but none work because they only take card payments just a nightmare car wash ! No wonder the vacuum are free paying so much for everything else you use.

This is a difficult review for me. Only because I NEVER use the drive through car washes because in my experience they can cause serious damage to your cars paint, especially if you have a black car, or even just a dark color paint. So for that reason, im always on the lookout for a decent or new self-serve car wash. I drive down Rt.18 almost every day, so I was super excited to see this one being built. Anyways, let me start with the positives. The self-serve wash itself was very good. The bay I used was very clean & the pressure washer worked well. The air dryer is a nice touch also. Although, unless you have some kind of paint protection on your car (i.e ceramic, graphene, etc.), it's not really worth it other than maybe getting some water out of the cracks/crevices around the sideview mirrors, doors, etc. If you DO have some protection on there, it might just blow 99% of the water of your whole car, it would help with water spots, & make drying a whole.lot easier. Next, the vacuums might just be the best I've ever used, beware though, they are a bit loud... 🤣 . The suction on them is unreal. OK, here's the negative... the price. I was charged $25 for about just under 10 minutes. I also don't like that there's no option to just use cash/coins in the bays, you can ONLY use a card. It makes it much harder to control how much one spends. I honestly appreciate the effort that's gone into this place, & maybe the price is justified because of that. Regardless, I can't spend that much on a self-serve car wash.

Everybody was super nice and helpful. Even when I was stuck at the entrance not knowing the automated system scans your car in to wash. A gentleman came over and helped me right away once they saw I was confused. Great job. Keep up the good work!

I have tried this car wash 3 times. The first time was during their grand opening. Went through and my car was barely dried and still had soap on it. Second time, barely dried and there's this weird film on my windows. Went to them again on Friday, and my windows are worse. It's a shame because they are so close but I will not be using them again. For the price they charge, I shouldn't have to wash my car after the car wash.

Great car wash and the staff here are always super nice. The monthly car wash club is a great deal and definitely recommend if you like having a clean car. Free vacuums are great too and they clean my dogs hair out easily.

Solid car wash that gets the job done and has extra features. Wheels and tires looked great after the wash. Free vacuum is a nice bonus. Four stars rather than five because it’s rather pricey compared to other car washes in the area.

Wow! I heard word of mouth from some friends about Prestige and they totally UNDER SOLD IT! Showed up and was greated by Filho and another gentleman; great guys by the way; super nice! Filho took all the time necessary to run me through everything and man, he didn't miss a beat or spare a single detail! I went with the Diamond subscription ($49.99 per month) because why the heck not?! I drove from a distance (this was the nearest prestige) and it was temporarily closed. I experienced this temporarily closures many different branches. There was self wash but had to pay. If you can not deliver what you promise, you should offer alternatives. Why should customer has to pay you more? Annoyingly inconvenience.

Attendance are always kind courteous and very helpful! Kevin was a great assistance when the brushes pulled the rear wiper blade off of my vehicle. I had a great experience at this car wash! The service was quick, efficient, and my car looked spotless by the time they finished. I especially want to mention Milton, one of the employees — he is excellent at what he does. He’s a hard worker, very friendly, and clearly takes pride in his job.
