Guy told me I could come test drive a Ford ranger. Get a ride out there 49 min away and he treats me like garbage. Said I can look but can't buy or test drive and to go home. Horrible service giant waste of time. I was prepared to buy cash in hand.

Okay, I’m going to leave a honest review. Jack is not a bad mechanic, however please be careful when the relationship starts to spoil. So I was introduced to him by cousin Patrick Lecorps. He serviced 2 of my vehicles the first a 2003 Jeep Liberty which I lost due to vandalism act by Mr. Lecorps brother back in August which is a pending legal matter. A lot of the issues with the Mechanic stem down to principles. During the lifespan of the liberty he took care of me. Things got rocky between family issues. But I would keep rags in my hood for when I need to check my oil. They would go missing after my changes which were routinely done. I recently acquired a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had dropped off the car along with with a 2007 Nissan Murano for my mother same day for a bad alternator. The Nissan was serviced and returned back within 24 hours. However for my Jeep the work wasn’t completed till Saturday. The Jeep had went in for hoses for windshield hoses not working and spraying, oil change, faulty passenger headlight not working. As Jack was working on my vehicle it went in with my horn working. I received it back the horn was not working and I needed to pass inspection. I noticed that before even pulling out the yard that my car was off. He fixed it on spot after mentioning it. I had originally purchased the following Mobil synthetic oil, filter, and a Mobil oil filter. This is where the principal comes into play. He did the oil change however if I provide you to supplies and you do not install what I give you cause I left the supplies in the back seat of my car. He took my filter I got home inspected my car noticed it wasn’t installed. He could keep it. I had taken before and after pictures of my fuse box I have a part that connects from there to my engine poor negligence he broke it. I’m highly disappointed I knew the vibe was off once he mentioned my cousin Patrick Lecorps to me. I am also disgusted at the fact if I’m putting my hard earned money to a business that does not value my property and assets. I’ve heard from people he didn’t not want to work on my fathers car for a pricing issue. Me personally I don’t care for money I pay the cost every time. I hope this was worth losing multiple customers. I can’t support business practices such as there. Lesson that was learned don’t do business with people who you have tension with that’s including family.

Called this shop after finding it on Google. Spoke to Jack and was able to send him some pictures of a rim/tire repair I needed fixed same day. He had me come right down. He was able to fix it for me same day and I was able to get my overdue oil change done. There was another woman/customer in there that highly recommend Jack. Today was my first time there, I’ll be back to see him again. He is a nice honest guy.

I took my car to the shop and they’ve messed it up. I bought it in because my car wouldn’t start. I got charge 1800 for the work they did in my car when I picked up my car. The computer in the office was down. They could not tell me how much it was I was told to put a down payment and I did a down payment for 1000 then to call the next day for the remaining balance I didn’t have time so I haven’t called him back. It was a friend that sent me. They call the friend and said that I run away from paying for the car now mind you that my car window was down rain got in my car everything soak my car smell my door would not close. My lights are on in the dashboard. all they had to do was figure out what was wrong with the car why it wouldn’t start. Now They on vacation and now my car window is still down. I have to wait for them to get off vacation this is the first time I went to a mechanic where I bought my car in the car came out with more problems. I am so disappointed. And they still want me to pay them the 800.balance
