I googled for shops with good reviews nearby and I came across paolino automotive. I called and spoke to Chris, he was very professional and great customer service. I ask if he could change my fuel pump and do a tune up on my Ford Explorer and that is exactly what he did. Great timing great service.. I had a great experience. Convientely located, very friendly and professional staff. Although they were busy they asked me to drop off my car to diagnose, rcvd a call back late morning with cost of repairs and later in the afternoon I picked up my car. So far so good. The owner was straight to the point and fully explain to us what to expect, he gave us options to fix. the cheaper way👏👏 or the expensive 🤦‍♂️ depending on the type of part I want to use,🤩. He was very honest and the recommendations given to us made sense We went with the more expensive service. All is well we receive the car the same day it was serviced.👏👏.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Ive brought our car here twice since switching mechanics. First time for a tuneup, and second time to find what was causing a noise coming from the back. They took it for a test run, pinpointed the noise, found the culprit and fixed it. They showed me the part that was causing the noise and walked me through it. They’re thorough, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I highly, highly recommend!
