Thank you again for helping me with my car. I had my 2018 Hyundai Elantra "fixed" from a very minor accident from another shop in Hanson (where I live). The guy literally tried buffing out the scratches and put pure white touch up paint on the little pits in the paint. He did an awful job to say the least. I brought my car to Modern Auto after a suggestion from a coworker to have it fixed right. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so much better about the situation! Ray was extremely helpful and made sure my car was fixed the way it should have been done. You guys did a great job and it looks as good as new! Cant even tell anything happened (which is exactly what the goal is!) I am very pleased with the work and customer service! I will be sending all of my customers from Johnson Insurance Agency to Modern!

I had been to a couple of other shops over the years and was not impressed with the quality of the work. One in particular that touted itself as a high end establishment for a major car conglomerate did work that was exceptionally poor, but claimed it was done to "accepted industry standards" and therefore, I was unreasonable for not agreeing with them. I cannot accept that one side of the car doesn't look like the other side and that there were mismatches of 1/4" between adjacent panels that were supposed to fit perfectly flush. Considering they were paid handsomely by my insurance company with 2 additional supplements it should have looked a lot better. On the other hand, Fran Fistori was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything thoroughly and understood what my concerns were. Mike Hardy was also very professional and both of them kept me apprised on the progress of the work being done. I truly feel that they went the extra mile for me to be sure that I would be satisfied with my repair. I actually had them do over the work that was done at the other shop and I don't think it could be more perfect. I really like this car and the fit, the workmanship, as well as paint finish are absolutely amazing. I admit, I have a discerning eye, but I also know what a body shop that is truly skilled at their craft is capable of. At Modern Auto Body they don't make excuses--they only make satisfied, happy customers.

Sadly, 2/3 of my new drivers have had accidents in the past 3 months. My father inlaw does auto body in Watertown and recommended modern auto body to me so we could stay closer to home. He recommended because he knows of their work and said they do a good job. I am very happy for the recommendation because our 2 recent experiences have been great. Both of my son's cars look amazing after their accidents and they left with beautiful details as well. The staff is very friendly and kept us up to date with everything. Hopefully, we don't have to ever go back ;) but if another accident happens, they are the place we will go!

I had Modern Autobody do some collision work for me when they first opened up the business many years ago and the work at the time was fantastic. I also stopped by their shop about 15 years ago and handed them a front bumper that I needed painted and they called me back within a day to have me come get the part and it looked funtastic. My most recent visit really had me worried because of the type of material they had to work with in order to make the repair. When I brought the vehicle to them for an appraisal one of the technicians looked at the vehicle and told me " with extreme confidence" exactly how he was going to handle doing the repair. I knew I was going to have them do the work all along but I did bring the vehicle to another shop and that shop was turning this into a much larger project because they just weren't equipped to handle the type of repair that I needed... Not all shops are equipped with the equipment or the skills/knowledge that the folks at Modern Autobody have. I would like to sincerely, Thank EVERYONE at Modern Autobody, for their expertise body work and phenomenal customer service!

I was in a hit and run with my Hyundai Santa Fe and was forced to submit an insurance claim due to the damage done - paying for my deductible and rental out of pocket. Modern initially quoted me a 2-3 week turnaround but ended up getting my car back to me in just over a week after dropping it off. The only thing I was going to miss about the rental was that clean, new car interior and when I got my car I was pleasantly surprised that Modern had cleaned the entire interior and exterior of my own car on top of the body work. It was a great surprise after dealing with this whole mess. They were always personable and easy to work with. I’d recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done.

I went to this place after I got hit, insurance covered that part and they did a fantastic job. But I also had damage in the back part of the bumper and my light was broken, the bumper was detached but I was driving it like that because of money issues, they did an appraisal for that part but I couldn’t replace the whole thing because it was expensive so I said no. They called me the next day saying they would try to make it look better without replacing the bumper and to give them 70 bucks for the light, so essentially try to work with what they had. When I went to pick it up I was speechless, I did not expect my bumper to be all attached to the car again, I don’t know how they were able to attach it to the car again, and they replaced the light. I am very grateful because it’s a big thing I don’t have to be stressed about anymore, of course it doesn’t look 100% flawless but they worked with what they had caring about the costumer. They’re friendly, and communicate with you, Nicole (front desk lady) is very helpful. Thank you guys!

That feeling remains true today. However I feel it necessary to point out the outstanding work they performed. My Conscience wouldn’t stand for rating them with anything less than top 5 stars.

This place is hands down the best place to go for your auto body details for work on the car or a detail on your car. Great customer service, they got me in quicker than quoted and out sooner than quoted. They also detailed my car inside and out and got rid of a couple marks on my car for me with out charge. I did go through an insurance company because someone hit my car and they took care of everything I needed and more. They made it a smooth transition in and out. My car looked better than it did than when I picked it up from the dealership. I absolutely will be going back if I ever need to in the future. Amazing work, run don’t walk.

The best!! I had my passenger side door fixed along with some other body damages and they had everything fixed and ready within a week! They also detailed my entire car including taking off all the sap! It looks brand new 😁 Everybody was very nice, considerate and did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend taking your car here!!
