I just left from getting a car wash and the fake manager would not re-wash my vehicle knowing my car was still dirty he refused to re-wash my vehicle he was not wearing a mask these people are not Covid sensitive they do not wear masks they are dirty do not ever in your life wash your car here I asked for the owners number and he refused to give it to me so whoever runs this corporation please call me ASAP he told me that this car wash does not wash cars properly and I should not expect for my car to be perfectly cleaned and if I wanted that to go to a hand wash car wash I will be calling the Health department because none of these workers are following social distancing along with wearing masks this place is disgusting and ghetto

You cant beat this place for the price. They give a decent wash. Its quick and convenient. No hassles or long lines. Quick vacuum on the side and you're off. If quick and easy is what you are looking for then this is it.

This place scratched the hood of my car with their machine . Idk if they need to change something in their car wash. My car is new and I always check for scratches so I definitely got it here . Not coming here again for a car wash .

The place has all sorts of new equipment that makes going through the tunnel very enjoyable and cool. My car always looks great. I recommend the VIP or the ELMCITY the best bang for your buck. I also like the ceramic coating my car shines like crazy. It's the best carwash in new haven.

Quick wash, $7.99 for an express wash, $5.99 after 6 pm. 7 minutes vacuum for just $1. Can't beat this place for the price. Update: Paid $9.99 for superwash that does under the car wash too. But, underneath the car is still dirty. In addition, mud and map are not cleaned properly. Not satisfied. Changing my rating from five stars to two stars.

If there only would be an option with zero star review - one star is too much for them. I came for a quick wash today and was suggested few times to buy an unlimited plan. I said I only want to wash birds poops from my vehicle. After the wash poops were still there so I pulled by the vacuum station to use detergent and brush hanging by. The guy saw me and approached me right away saying I can't use brush, detergent or vacuum unless I purchase an unlimited plan. I showed him unwashed poops and his answer was: "no car wash can clean that". Everybody: AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! I'm going back to an old place where vacuum is free to everybody and they have no problems with basic wash.

I came in today to try new car wash and paid for a super wash and didn't want a plan because it's my first time, let me see if it's worth it...total disappointment! All that money for the bird poop to still be on my car! Over 20$ and can't use vacuum unless you buy a member package?? What?? Never returning, horrible wash! Had to go to another place to get a wash and it was free vacuum! 50$ day, totally not it!

I told the gentleman what I wanted he charged me $10.00, I paid for the service and this is the result. Never again will I go back. This is a $5 car wash at any gas station in Orlando and I guarantee you it would be 10x cleaner.
