Spencers knew exactly what to fix on my Camaro based on their prior experience. They found a very cost effective solution for resolving the problem and I am very happy with them. A few years ago I also had an air conditioning flow issue. After they fixed that issue, the car has been blowing out very very cold air.

Wow, I must say this shop is awesome. About a few weeks ago I needed 2 batteries on my Dodge Durango replaced and didn't know how I was going to get it done. The dealership that I got the vehicle from wanted almost $900 to replace 2 batteries which I did not have. Ending up making a post on Facebook and Spencer:s Auto responded within a few hours and gave me the best quote. They charged $450 which was very much affordable for my budget. Tammy did not hesitate gather my information and order the parts. Spencers Auto (Rodney) had my truck ready the same day, same evening. I have not had any issues since they handled my vehicle with love and care. I will definitely be back if I have any other mechanical things that need to be done to my vehicle. Also got a courtesy call from them just to check on things with my truck and I find that amazing. Great customer service! Thanks Spencer's?!

Finding a good auto mechanic when you're a snowbird can be challenging .. We have a 07' Jeep Wrangler that decided it didn't want to go into gear anymore. The Jeep was stuck in reverse and we had to call our AAA for a tow. We had gotten a few mechanic recommendations from some of our neighbors in our RV park . I called but no one wanted to work on a Jeep. I then Googled local repair shops and Spencer Auto Group came up. In their ad, among other information they had a sign that said "Jeep Geeks" ... SOLD as far as I was concerned. We called Spencer and we were told we could have our Jeep towed there. We got to their garage, tipped the tow driver and went inside. Spencer is a small, family owned business. These kind of places can be either really good or really bad .. Thankfully, Spencer turned out to be really REALLY good. Our Jeep was looked at within a few hours. We had a busted shift cable. Spencer could have gotten the part from the local Jeep dealer at the usual dealer mark up of %1000 and 2 week wait ... but instead was able to use the existing cable which was not broken. It was the connection hardware that needed replacement ... We waited less than 72 hours and got the call that our Jeep was ready for pick up. Then came the part all car owners fear "What do I owe ya?" .. We were extremely happy with the final price. They are fair and knowledgeable at Spencer AG .. They also kept us updated via phone calls and text. . Sorry this is so long but we just wanted anyone who reads this to know that there really are some good folks out there. These days, thats a great thing to see.

I called the shop to get a quote on having a timing belt replaced. The quote I received was excellent for the “correct” work. I took my car into the shop. It took them way longer to diagnose than they initially told me. They advised me I had a vacuum leak that I acknowledged and told them I already purchased the new air box to take care of the problem. The only thing I needed done was the timing belt replaced. They called and reported that the job was complete but my engine had multiple misfires in it after the work was completed, there was no misfire prior to the work being done. I went to go pick my car up and asked him what the cause of the misfire was. The man that worked on my car started to get loud and kept walking up on me. I then called my lawyer on speaker in front of him. I was told to call the police to have them get a bill for me. They shut the shop completely down and left before the cops got there. He stated he didn’t know the cause of the misfire and didn’t diagnose it. They started to demand the money I owed for the repairs before I even heard my vehicle run. Then I stated I needed a bill before I paid and they refused to give me one so I refused to pay. I have contacted the shop a couple separate times trying to resolve the issue. No answer on the phone so I texted Tami, I even stated I’d pay no problem if I was provided a bill first which was the same thing I told them when I went to retrieve my car from the get go. I gave them the option of buying my car for scrap price. And no response! Today I received certified mail saying they put a lien on my car. I have contacted Chanel 9 news, the BBB and tomorrow I will be going to the clerk of court to get this straightened out. This shop is very unprofessional and scam con artists! I do NOT recommend anyone to go there for any of your automotive repairs.
