Have stopped in this Spinx several times for gas and each have been approached by several people begging for money. Same people each time. Spinx needs to have police protection at this store or shut it down. It's ridiculous to have people get belligerent when you say no!!! SPINX DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. its unsafe for the employees and customers!!

Place is nasty Went there last week and told female worker there is a poured soda all over the Amp drinks, she told me the guy in the freezer will take care of it. One week later NEVER CLEANED UP the drinks were nasty with sugar and now dirt. Will not go back for anything.

I use to rave about the fried chicken. Yesterday, I bought some fried chicken from Spinx in Greenville SC, cherrydale erea. It was so dried out. I got a mixture box. My favorite is dark. It's usually juicy. But this wasn't. I was so disappointed. I hope you can correct this over cooked chicken. And that chicken that stay in the heating oven, or what ever you call it. 15 minutes is to long. It dries it out. This my first disappointment about your chicken. I was not happy. And I am not one to comprehend about my food order.

Visited this location this morning. The young lady working the counter apparently didn't not know the words thank you or please. When she asked for my id to verify my age I was asked if I was 18 with a valid id when I responded yes I was only asked "Well can I see it then?" Not a may I see you id please. Nobody has manners anymore.

On 5/23/19 at 647 PM, Stopped to get gas at pump #16 and to grab two bags of ice. Got gas and surprise ... no paper at the pump. Walked into the store where two black men were doing nothing but arguing loudly and foul mouthed about working the next day. While a young Hispanic lady sold me the ice and struggled to print the receipt for my gas. I go to get bag ice and surprise the ice machine is empty. I had to return into the store to get my money back and then they only gave me money back for one bag of ice and then had to figure out how to give money back for the second bag. To bad I cannot give negative stars This has never happened to me at a QT where the staff has always portrayed a professional demeanor.

I have been ordering food from this sphinx for 4 years now . the food I ordered was a 20 pc chicken tenders and family size liver was awful tasting overcooked and too much seasoning salt I had to throw my meal away because I ordered through doordash that's why I didn't return to the store just warning be careful and check your food before leaving the store. I will hope they don't do that to everyone

I cannot stand broken things. For instance, the gas pumps at all Spinx stations. They have the option to use cash or debit/credit at the pump. This makes it convenient to both the employees and the customers. I sometimes have to use cash for gas. I do not like standing in line in those stations that are always busy especially with the virus around. It seems like every time I try to put a buck in those pumps , they are broken and I have to go in anyway. I want Spinx to fix those things or take them out. Make no mistake. I know how to use it because once upon a time, they worked. I see repairmen working on the pumps all the time. But they Never fix the most convenient part of it. Maybe it's time to start getting my gas elsewhere.

The staff here is great! Very friendly and helpful. The morning rush of people heading to work as well as the evening people getting off work somewhat makes stopping here during those times a bit overwhelming as this is a smaller store with a smaller parking lot with traffic coming and going each and every way. The rest of the time I dont mind stopping here, they usually have great specials on soda.

Employees are extremely rude at this store. I worked here for a short period of time and quit because of how negative everyone was, consistent yelling and badmouthing of customers. I came in yesterday to buy a phone charger and was literally screamed at by a employee in the deli, when I was just minding my business. This store needs to get it together, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit here or even work here. Good luck if you do.

The best thing about this location is that they have ETHANOL-FREE gasoline! They have a hot deli and wide selection of beverages-fountain & cooler. Recommend avoiding late at night. This location seems to attract its fair share of indigent people AND frequent law enforcement engagements.

The employees are very rude at this store. One of the employees started yelling at me and got an attitude because no one was at the register so I didnt hear her when she said to come to the end. She continued to make smart remarks and be nasty towards me after I told her I didnt hear her. She was also rude to another customer because the customer told her that she had dropped her food and put it back in the box. That employee needs to be fired because you are never to be rude to a customer. I will never come back to Spinx.

UPDATE: They need to stop DESPERATION HIRING bums off the street, because obviously they do NOT know how to treat the community who walks in. Also.. They need a security guard there on 3rd shift.. Why risk the employees by NOT having a security guard at night? You leave ONE person to run the register at this location and others that are compromised with shootings. Maybe close the store down if you care about lives instead of marginal profit. The managers are constantly changing, and that can be stressful to employees, as well as customers. Speaking of which, the customers at certain hours at this exact location, are completely different types of people at certain hours. I understand and know them all. I am perfectly fine with this. However, management does not understand the dynamics of location-based behavior and mannerisms that must be utilized in order to maintain customer satisfaction when it comes to taking care of different communities. However, the full-on experience at this gas station is great. It feels like home, and many people in the community take this to heart, and will even comment about it here and there. Keep in mind, when the manager changes, you will find this locations policies to be strict on tobacco and alcohol. Aside from that, you'll be guaranteed to want to keep stopping by when their staff is lined up properly.

We have gone to this location on several occasions and always have good service. The employees are friendly and always make sure we get what we ordered. The chicken is awesome. Tonight we had two exceptional associate, Ryan who was the cashier and Stephanie from the deli. These two are top notch and great at their jobs! Thanks for all you do. Great job!

Really Spinx? I stop hungry about 3:30 I ask for a sausage breakfast burrito. But the burritos you guys sells are frozen, come on, I thought you made it to order like the QT gas station. The first and the last time I got food from you guys. BTW, the Lady "cooking the burrito, was on her cell phone for about 2 minutes before she prepare my food.

Need to get some new cashier's up there . The big red lady with all the makeup and drawn on eyebrows need to find a new job. Complaining about the customers coming to the cash register. Her mean looking face and attitude need to replaced with some one that want to be there. Because clearly she she doesn't.
