Gas prices are reasonable, but I purchased a car wash and it did not print out the receipt, almost like it is seeing if you will forget to use it. Other gas stations always print receipt if you get a car wash.

Cashier was VERY slow was more worried about talking on phone. Ordered food waited for over 10 mins while the food prepares just walked around the back and worried about filling the pick up and go food. When I finally said that I will just get a refund they said oh it’s ready. 😳

So I went to grab some mac for lunch and it was taking a long time so my gas pump timed out before I was able to pump it but they refunded me for the mac and got the pump working for me without any issues and I gotta say that's outstanding service! Thanks for making my lunch go smoothly

Mostly good experiences here. But the lack of customer service here is what hurts this place. No wonder QT gets the volume of people they do. Their employees actually respond back to you when you ask them how they are doing today or even saying you're welcome. It's pitiful really. Maybe take a page out of the QT employee training book.

This is the best Sphinx ever! Clean - great selection of product, friendly staff and great fried chicken. Went in on Monday. An employee named Will waited on me - he was so friendly. I stopped by to inquire when the last batch woul dbe fried (cause I had an errand to run). He fried fresh chicken and had it waiting for me when I came back. Now THAT is service. This is my "chicken joint" from now on.

Ever since they added the self checkout it's horrible. Nobody is ever paying attention. Usually 3-5 people standing around in the office. Always a line to wait in. Use to be my one and only stop. I will drive the extra 5 min to a QT. I tried to give it a chance but after a month the self checkout is stupid!

I got gas and a car wash. I pumped my owmngad, paid at the pump, entered the wash code, and drove thru the car wash. All no-interaction transactions. Fast and easy.

It is a clean , relatively new store, but the crema coffee machine is broken more than it works; they seem to struggle with having half & half when it does actually work. The employees are very nice, but are subjected to ridicule because of broken machines and lack of product.

I door dash a 12 piece chicken meal and when i tell you these ppl kitchen need to be SHUT DOWN!!!! I get my chicken and its burnt!!! Even the okra burnt!! You will never get through because they line stay busy but how ever i got another number through these reviews and i spoke with someone. Im not sure if i can put the pictures i took on here but if not these pictures is going to be on every outlet that i can post cause this is Ridiculous. If i didnt have surgery, and if i could move i would have went directly to spinx to get my money!!!! Who ever was in the kitchen tonight that fixed my food need to be FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

literally tried to convince me these burnt mozzeralla bites are how they come & wouldn’t remake . when i explained they’ve never looked this way the kitchen cook proceeds to tell me I can’t cook . i got my refund and went to a closer spinx which they made my food CORRECT & also pointed out all the flaws this store made

For this Sphinx location, and as far as the chicken goes I would give you zero stars if I could!! This is the second time in a row that I stopped in for chicken, gotten home and it’s lousy. Chicken is over roasted dried out especially the legs they look like they’re five days old. So today I went there again to order some chicken and I specifically asked the girl working there if the chicken was fresh and she said yes they just made it. After I paid for it and I got out to my car I decided to open the box just to double check and sure enough the chicken was over roasted dried out and horrible. I was so angry I went back and showed it to them and told them I want a refund which they promptly gave me. What I’d like to know is who in the hell do you have making this chicken and why can’t they get it right?! I noticed that you do reply to your reviews and you seem to care so I’m very curious as to why this is such a problem. As of right now I’m so angry I would never return to your location again. I have had chicken from other Sphinx locations and it’s always perfect. WHAT…. no response yet?! Maybe you only respond to the good reviews?! STILL NO RESPONSE… shame on your management at this location I guess you just don’t care, so I will escalate this to your Senior Management teams. A second edit to my previous review. A coworker of mine wanted Spinx chicken today so we all chipped in and although it was against my better judgment, for reasons previously stated in my reviews, we decided to give them another try. What a freaking nightmare the chicken is still over roasted dark, brown, and crunchy. Can you sell this crap? I’m so done with you this time I escalating this problem to the most senior management team thinks that I can possibly find! Because your location here is nothing but a waste of my time and a waste of my money!

Don’t go here at night. Cashiers are not trained to correct for advertised prices. Only received one free as this is all the computer would do. I was told Management must be present to correct prices. Not worth the headache or my nerves.

Went into the store on May, 2 at about 3pm. Ordered some chicken fingers at 3:01(reciept stamp) 3 employees working in kitchen. All appeared to not want to work. Watched an employee open a cardboard box of Dukes mayonnaise for over 5 minutes! Used his bare hands to rip open the box. Another worker came out from behind bar and spent about 5 mins deciding watch drink to get. Finally got it and then went back to hide behind the wall in the kitchen. All this was going on while 5 people had ordered food and were waiting. A manager was working the register and continued a conversation with an off duty employee all this time. My wife and I left after 20 mins of waiting. Made the mgr refund my money first! Who do I blame? Not the employees It obvious they don't want to work. I blame SENIOR MANAGEMENT for allowing this behavior to go on. You guys read all the reviews but you do not do anything to change the beha the store. This was my first and last time of ever going to a Spinx.

Employee wouldnt sell me a light because I dont have my id saying its a law. Searched it up and it is not a lae for any age and made sure if it was on spinx policy and its not.

Informed store employee that the Spinx brand water is priced at $1.19 ea on the display but rings up for $1.39. Employee replied, "You'll have to report that to some rich millionaire." Employee had zero interest in correcting the issue for myself and future customers. Very poor customer service.
