Instead of pre-scrubbing the back and tire areas, the girl came me heart fingers while going into the wash. The entire back of my jeep looks like nothing was done to it. Still filthy. Very disappointed, not worth the $23 wash.

This place is a joke!! Came by Sunday afternoon 12.7.25 asked the assistant manager to take care of my mats and charged me for all four mats and none of them got washed! They was too busy drinking alcohol! Not a great place to get drunk on the job when you drive customers cars . Again bunch of clowns running this place .

This car wash is horrible. They charge you for interior and exterior. They don't touch the inside of the car at all. I've gone to touchless car washes that do a better job. Very over priced for no reason. First and last time ill go to this brand of car wash.

My car was still dirty when i got home. Certain spots weren’t cleaned properly. The guy who “vacuumed” my car didn’t even vacuum the back seat. My car is fairly new, with leather interior. It wasn’t bad to begin with but there was zero effort put into it and i basically threw $35 down the drain.

I was not impressed by my experience with Splash Car Wash. I paid $325 for detailing of the interior and exterior of my vehicle. I booked an appointment online and showed up at noon to drop the vehicle off. I was told it would take 3-4 hour, which I understood. By five pm I’m wondering what’s going on so I figure I would go and wait in their customer lobby until it’s finished, couldn’t be too much longer. I arrive and am told my car is already ready. I take it home and the interior looks nice. It wasn’t very dirty to begin with, mostly just the salt that accumulates on the floor mats in the winter but they did clean the inside thoroughly. My gripe is the soap/polish that they left all over my vehicle(all over, not just what’s pictured). If I were to take it to a drive through car wash I would just accept there were some suds left on the rear panel but to pay over three hundred dollars and be left with residue all over the body and windows is ridiculous to me.

HORRIBLE JOB! I went for a detailing job and paid extra money for a regular vacuum and wipe down! Laziness and unprofessional! Avoid the headache and pay extra elsewhere!

Great experience today and car looks incredible. I wasn't happy because it looked like the windows were not done... I called and spoke to Julio and he said to bring it in and he would redo it for me... To my surprise, I was looking to get the windows done again but Julio made sure I would be happy by re-washing my car as well and it looked like a nascar pit-stop the way the team hudled around my car and hand dried it and then doing the windows again. Everything was 👍 great! THANK YOU JULIO AND ALSO JIMMY FOR MAKING SURE I WAS HAPPY BEFORE I LEFT...

The worst car wash I've ever had. The high school fundraisers do a better job! The "hand washers" inside missed half of the car. My car is dark and it was obvious that the car was only partially washed when it rolled out of the tunnel. Then I watched the outside attendant try to make up for this by spraying window cleaner all over the car and rub the remaining dirt into my paint. The inside had been vacuumed but the seats and dash had not been wiped despite paying for full service. The rubber mats were not cleaned of the salt deposits. The wiper marks were sill on the windows meaning that the window were not washed. I'm not sure if it was anything more than spray on soap and a rinse. What a total waste for over $40! Never again.

Gorgeous detail job that left my car sparkling. In particular, this team removed sunscreen from my leather seats. Two prior shops (with very expensive detail teams) had failed to remove the same staining during past appointments.

Terrible car wash. Damaged my rim and is worst car wash ever. Every splash is terrible. $70 a month for what? They don’t wipe any of the interior down, the may or may not vacuum I can’t tell. Idk what I’m paying for. The outside is decent but beyond that terrible. Every splash I’ve been to is the same, mediocre at best. Will not be renewing my membership.

This place is just waste of time and money. One of the top service they have it's $43 dollar plus tax and not even dry the car completely and not wash the car completely they fold the seats and not put back, not completely vacuum, and they mess up the side mirrors unprofessional service

Today (5-17-2023)was an amazing experience with the staff and results. The gentleman who worked on my car was truly a craftsman at his trade. I highly recommend this package, especially with the deal they have going on. They did forget to do my truck bed and gas compartment. Thus, the 4 stars. But overall, it's a great value.

For what they charge, it’s ridiculous that I left with a mediocre car wash and scratch on my car. They try to pump cars out instead of providing quality service. Luckily, I only use the serve a few times in the winter. Otherwise I could do a much better job on my own.

Horrible experience. Was waiting for 2.5 hrs when my car been ready. The job wasn't even that spectacular for $200 detail. Just a waste of time and a horrible experience waiting for nothing. The cashier was so unapologetic when I asked why no one called me. Someone kept saying white Tahoe but I have a white Acura, I don't know. It really upsets me when people waste my time, bro I can't get that back. To top it off my mirror and windshield is still dirty!
