I was assisting my mother-in-law who was buying a pre-owned car. BMW of Bridgeport had the model and color she wanted so we reserved the car, arranged for a trade-in, and started the process to buy it from Long Island where we live. The sales manager and the subsequent sales person we were assigned were very attentive and communicative at first, and were helpful in making sure we had everything lined up for the trade and sale prior to coming to CT. When we arrived for our appointment, however, the experience was very frustrating - the used car manager had failed to properly research the car we were trading in, so when we arrived, the process was delayed, they deducted additional money from the trade, and were not openly communicative about what was happening, i.e. that we had "missed" our time with the business manager to complete the purchase because of their mistake, as she had taken other customers, so that we were aimlessly wandering and sitting around the dealership (with a 6-year-old, no less) for nearly 4 hours. We complained three times before the general manager of the dealership took care of the trade and purchase so that we could finally leave. Anthony, the BMW genius, was a bright spot of the day as he patiently and efficiently explained everything about the new car to my MIL and even programmed his number into her phone so she could call him with questions. So far, the car is fine, but I can't say I'd be eager to give them more business in the future.

My newly assigned Service Advisor Carl Decarvalho was kind & patient in answering my questions as was my previous advisor Stephanie Flynn whom got a much deserved promotion. :) My service tech Mark Delvecchio was clear & thorough throughout my video assessment, which I really appreciate as you rarely get to see the underside of your vehicle. As someone who has had many different experiences at BMWs across NY, NJ, and CT, I can definitely say my experience at BMW of Bridgeport was the best. I dealt with Tony as my Service advisor, and he was awesome. Working with my third party warrantee provider and being extremely communicative throughout the process. This is definitely a Car owners type of dealership in my opinion, as I didn’t feel the typical “we should replace this 15k miles early just to be safe” attitude. Nope every issue came with video proof and a detailed explanation. My car needed some pretty major work, and then some… as expected by the symptoms, and I was expecting to need to pay something as I have in the past with third party warranties, however Tony was able to get everything covered. Reducing my bill to just my deductible. Overall awesome experience.10/10 recommend

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BMW of Bridgeport Service, and the experience was outstanding. I called my Service Advisor, Anthony Horan, about a brake warning on my SUV dashboard. He asked if I needed a tow or wanted to drive it into their facility. I felt I could safely dive there. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They immediately gave me a loaner vehicle and started the repair of my SUV! Anthony Horan and BMW of Bridgeport Service repeatedly confirmed a strong personal commitment to their customer, their product and the BMW company they represent.
