Do not waste your money here! I took those pictures since i get my car and they told my( sir your car ready and clean) !! It’s not clean they didn’t even vacuum it well i just lose 29$ there. If you want to lose money and keep your car dirty just go there.

They don't do well their job. First time I was disappointed, I decided today to give them another opportunity since first time it was very busy but today I'm very disappointed. Don't waste your money here. At the end I came home to finish their job. I paid for a Work Plus ($26 + tax) and look at the pictures of my car after "washed" (photo of the back of mirror I forgot to take a Picture before and I started to clean it a bit)

It was not a good experience. I have been a life long patron of this car wash and the service continually gets worse. I dont mind spending the money for a wash but I want what I paid for. My car was not properly vacuum so I sent it back and get came back the same way but with my rear floor mat on my back seat. I can for the manager he said oh they should have put it back on the floor. I apologize. I said you think he said i apologized didnt i have a good day and walked away. I think its time to find another carwash. Paid for a works wash

Roberto at this car wash deserves a 0 . Since I am a female he gave me a hard time . But when my husband brings the car there is no issues . Also, I wanted to mention that he barely spoke English & got mad at me because I did not understand him.

I usually don't prefer doing automated car washes as they can scratch the paint, and today I chose to do it as I was in rush. Although, due to automated car Wash, I got a big scratch on top of my car which is going to be costly to get rid of.

Just spent over 19 dollars to have my truck washed about half an hour ago. I drove it just over a mile on asphalt and got out and all 4 wheel wells look like the pictures. Have gone to this place every time I needed my truck washed for the 5 years I have lived here. Disappointing to say the least to have that little of pressure to clean this area.

I used to love this place. My car would be spotless every time i brought it here. But recently they’ve been slacking. I paid $65 total and the inside of my car still looks like this. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 1 is because the man who polished my exterior did a fantastic job.

Great service, they're very thorough. You need to be careful which car you bring, My Dodge got scratched up in the wash. Just make sure you don't bring it clean with flush mount tire.

I'm still fuming about my experience at Splash located in Hamden CT! I went in for a simple oil change, but they somehow managed to turn it into a $100+ ripoff! They added services I didn't ask for, and when I caught on, they were super unhelpful. I spoke to Employee Henry, who seemed somewhat apologetic, but then I go back and Employee Outlaw is all defensive and tries to gaslight me! He said "but you paid for it" like I'm some clobber who doesn't know what they're paying for! Total scam artists! They're clearly preying on people, especially women, who don't know much about cars. I'm reporting them to the BBB and corporate, I've since contacted the Attorney General's office and plan to file a complaint. I won't stand for this kind of price gouging and predatory behavior, especially targeting single mothers who are just trying to keep their cars running. Don't let them take advantage of you - take your business and your oil change elsewhere! don't waste your money here!

I am an unlimited splash member. I came to get my car washed and I left with a dirty car. I didn’t realize that the car was still dirty because they were wiping it as if they were drying it off and it was in a very sunny space so the sun, and them wiping is why I didn’t notice it did the interior detail I had to tell them hey there are still french fries on the floor. He did vacuum it up, but the outside of my car has not been washed at all as an unlimited member., If I come here, I shouldn’t have to tell you that I want the car washed. However it’s the first thing that you say to them when you pull up, I came back same day didn’t realize that the location in Hamden closes at 6 o’clock. I get there at about 620 And I’m talking to a gentleman who has a red shirt that works there. I just wanted to document that I came back same day so that when I go back tomorrow, they can’t tell me that I didn’t come back. The gentleman was not interested. He looked at me and said what you want from me. I don’t have keys or nothing so I had a terrible experience and I’m honestly thinking about canceling this membership simply because if I’m paying you to wash my car, why would you give me back an unwashed car Terrible job

Expensive for nothing, last time I go to splash car wash. This is exactly why I canceled my membership ship.high school kids trying to make money for the team does abetter job! Absolutely disappointed, I even pointed out my windshield before leaving, second time cleaned and still is dirty smh nevermind the wheels looks like it was never done they think a little shine going to hide the that they didn’t clean the rims.

Update: Management was excellent in resolving my issue. If I lived closer, I’d go back. I live out of town but come here when I can. Last week my husband brought our car in and paid nearly $50 for an inside/outside cleaning. The inside was vacuumed but the dash and console were not touched. I reached out the website but never heard back.
