Edit: Customer service number listed in their reply is unresponsive. Tried calling multiple times and got nowhere. I paid for the Express detailing Express Polish, Super Interior, and Carpet Express in addition to a 'The Works' carwash. Needless to say there was a decided lack of attention to detail given the price. It looks like the car was never wiped down after being cleaned in some spots, and my floor mats look the same as before. There were also smudgy fingerprints left on the doors. The exterior wash was great but I would not bother getting the interior services. I would not recommend.

Had a reward on the app that expires 11/9. Wouldn’t honor it because they “don’t have a functioning app.” Terrible job on the wash as well. Paid for the highest level. Inside of the car was still dirty. Didn’t even wipe the seats down.

Went to two bays and their foam brushes didnt work. No way to ask for a refund. Definitely not freezing weather as I tried this on May 31st, 2025. Find yourself someplace that has working facilities instead. 👎👎👎

They will try to sell you a deal without explaining it fully. But then again I didn’t ask. I thought I had said yes to the express carpets and seats for a free wash. But it was more than that and took longer than I thought it would. I didn’t need that much done and some spots in the carpet could have been done more thoroughly. But overall it was a decent clean. They have a lot of folks working there but for 127 dollars it wasn’t worth it for me since I’m the only one using the car. Next time I will just do the basic wash, which comes with a quick vacuum and interior. Just noticed the silver accent piece is now gone after the interior clean. I’m disappointed.

Just left this place and had to ask the staff twice to please do the wheels again. The first time, the wheels were still covered in dirt. They did a quick 30-second touch up. Second time we came out, our fingers still came up black with dirt after touching the wheel rim. By then, the staff demanded that we leave and the dirt on our hands was just stains and they refused to clean further. Frustrating because we paid for the second most expensive wash which specified wheel cleaning. They also pressured purchasing membership multiple times. Unpleasant experience and would not go back.

The equipment is terribly old. Such a terrible car wash in the richest country in the world! It's a disgrace. We don't have such a disgrace in Europe. This shows a lack of respect for the customers. I do not recommend this self-service car wash.

Came here for the first time and got “The Works”, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. They missed huge portions of the car, pretty much half of the hood was wiped down leaving it looking someone wiped it once on either side without even touching the center of the hood. Did not wash the tires properly, as included in “The Works”, leaving huge stains still visible. Spend the extra few bucks and go elsewhere, unless you want your car to look half-washed by people who just want to take your money and get your car off the lot as quickly and shoddily as possible.

This week someone swiped the side of my 7+ year old black SUV. Not ready for a new car, don’t want to drive around with a big scratch on the side of my car OR go to an auto body shop for a fix. Decided to take it to Splash - Five Star Detailing as a first step. Franklin took a look and assured me he could make it look better - and he did! I wish I’d taken before and after pics! Franklin was so kind and did a fantastic job with the whole detail.

This place is an absolute rip off. If I could give them negative stars I would. I paid for “the works” which is the top wash package and they didn’t even touch the inside of my car. Car wasn’t vacuum. Mats weren’t vacuumed or cleaned. Dashboard wasn’t even wiped! Then they have the nerve to charge $55 for them to just clean the outside of my car. Save your money because this place sucks! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
