I daily drive my black Focus RS, so I got an unlimited membership here to keep it clean during the dead of winter when the roads are nasty and it's far too cold to wash the car myself. My car is a dirt magnet like you wouldn't believe, and Splash is the only wash I trust besides my own pressure washer, foam cannon and two buckets. The reason I use these guys is that they only ever touch the car with lamb's-wool mitts and microfiber towels. Splash is expensive, but you get what you pay for. That $7 basic wash at Russell Speeder's down the street is a fast ticket to soap marks and micro scratches. After trying a LOT of different commercial car washes, I've found that Splash is about as close as you can get to a two bucket hand wash in your driveway. I've found that if I really want the car to be clean, it's best to bring it during slower times. If it's crowded you'll be rushed through as a matter of necessity. But the team is always as thorough as time permits. I do often find bits of lamb's-wool stuck in the razor-sharp Focus badge on the back of the car - thanks Ford - and because of the way the line is set up, the guys in the tunnel often don't get the hatch door as clean as I'd like it. All hatchbacks tend to get dirty on their posteriors quickly due to airflow patterns around the vehicle, so for this body style it can be a good idea to have the team focus on that area. If I have time I always take the car home and dry it using my own edgeless microfiber towels. There are usually a few drops of leftover water and soap here and there. I think the vehicle's design bears much of the blame though because I can spend half an hour drying my car and blowing out the cavities with compressed air and still find water on the paint after a drive around the block. My number one complaint is their hours. They close at 6PM which means I often can't stop by for a car wash after work. Extending that to 7 or 8, at least during the warmer months, would be super helpful. As compared to the competition, Splash is definitely worth the money.

Got my truck detailed at splash this past week- results were fantastic! My only complaint is whatever they used to shine up my floor mats, running boards, bed, etc is excessively slick. Thought they threw a diddy party inside my truck. Other than that they did excellent work. Just recommended they find some other products to use.

Splash at Wilton broke not 1 but 2 tire valve stems off my car during a wash and popped wheel trim off the car, only offered to refund the wash!! Will NEVER use this company ever again.

This location is what it is and as long as you go in with realistic expectations you will leave happy. It's certainly better than a drive through, just don't expect perfection.

First time there. Front passenger tire was never touched? washed? Saw it when I got home...Some light scratching on right side...and wheel covers... My stupidity for going to the car wash..Had an oil change as well. Guy was GREAT.

A disappointment. I had to ship my car for an event and wanted a quick detail before shipment. I tried the 5-star Exterior detail and was hoping for a good job. Unfortunately, the cleaning was done incredibly poorly. I could have saved the money and just done a hand wash, and the results would have been quite comparable. I tried to work it out with management; however, they refused to do a credit or a partial reimbursement. Instead, they offered to rewash the wheels, which was too little too late because the car was in Florida by then. The wheels were dirty.The polish was done poorly. Certainly not a five star experience.

Overpriced and underwhelming. $30 dollars for a $12 wash at best. This is the 3rd time I've been here and the 3rd time I've been disappointed. I normally hand wash my vehicles myself but didn't have time and wanted an undercarriage wash to deal with the recent road salt. I brought my pickup, which is not a work truck, and was fairly clean in the interior. The vac job left debris on my hard rubber mats that my handheld vac picked up without issue later at home. The wash job missed significant parts of the vehicle, as they missed large sections of the vehicles in front of me. They wash from the wheel wells up onto the hood and from the bottom of the doors up, dragging road debris on to the paint at the top of the vehicle. Coming out of the tunnel there were plenty of missed dirty spots. The damp towels used on the car and muddy Jeep before mine dragged some of the missed dirt off, but not all. The front bumper and grille are barely cleaned or dried. I paid for the wheels wash but they weren't touched and are as dirty as when I drove in. I don't like complaining and didn't have time to have a conversation about the poor job this time, but this review is warranted. I've included a few pictures, many of the spots dont show up on camera. The last time I was there I mentioned similar misses on my sedan, they first went after the dirty spots with a dry towel, scratching the clear coat. they offered to wash again, I appreciated the offer but again didn't have time to wait for unknown results. I should have stuck with my gut and stayed away. This long review is for people who care about cars and their paint and quality cleaning. For the folks with leased vehicles or who want just good enough to not look filthy, you'll be fine here.

I chose a service for my pick up that needed detailing as very dirty. The cashier let me know a window needed to be sealed first. They used duct tape and the experience was perfect.

Terrible car wash, they barely vacuum, they wipe absolutely nothing down. Other than the hand washing being good they are terrible. They are quick but it has to be quick because they aren’t cleaning your car. I have full service membership and I’m contemplating canceling.

If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely terrible. $50.00 car washes and my kids footprints still on the back of the front seat. Paid extra for the mats, still dirty. When I asked them to clean what should have been cleaned they told me that’s detailing for $80.00. NO that’s NOT detailing, that’s a car wash. Don’t waste your money!!!!

If I were rating solely on the quality of the wash, I would give 5 stars. However, every time I go, the gentleman who works the register tries to upsell me on one package or another, and he has a hard time hearing "no." Whenever I respond that I just want to pay for today's wash and be done with it, he argues with me that I am wasting money and continues to pressure me into a purchase that I don't want. It is fine to offer the packages once, but if I say no, he needs to let it go. Additionally, because he is upselling every customer, it takes a really long time to get through the line. My car was done before I paid today, and there were only 3 customers in the cashier line front of me! I am seriously contemplating using another car wash because this happens every time I come in.

Disappointed with the service, I paid over $50 for the express works only to find there was still dust/ debris sitting around. Glad I didn't get the monthly package, it was not a busy time of the day and there were only few cars being washed, I felt the service was rushed and not to my satisfaction.

First time coming here… I only did a basic full service wash. The promised fast service, and it was! Only problem was they barely wiped down the door jams and left my things thrown in the back haphazardly. Doing the basic wash, I didn’t expect perfection, but the inside of the door wasn’t even truly wiped. My windshield also still has a lot of grime on it, like it wasn’t even wiped- just rinsed. Disappointed to have spent almost $50 for this.

Absolutely do not go here. They did a TERRIBLE JOB This happened once before a year ago, and I decided to give them a second chance and the exact same thing happened. They did such a poor job that I have to take pictures and somehow get them to the owner of this "car wash" franchise. They failed to vacuum the car out properly, so there is dirt and debris in between each chair underneath each chair and the backseats are also filthy. The crevices on the front seat are also filled with dirt. The compartments on either door are disgusting and look like they haven't even been touched. In fact, a large majority of the interior of the car looks like it has not been touched and I had asked for a full service. I will never go to this car wash again and I hope this review prevents somebody else from wasting their money there too. A toddler could have done a better job

I gone to slash to get my vehicle wash! I paid $50 and it was bad. They didnt clean the inside well and scratched my car. Don't know if it’s the Machine scratching it or the person drying might have a watch on or jewelry on that scratch it. Last year this happened and i gone to the manager and nothing happened. Not coming here again.

First time visit...paid for oil change + free works exterior wash. Noticed focus on up selling. Oil change was ok (said I needed a new drain plug without asking), car wash was lazy. Did not clean/scrub roof of SUV, no tire shine on tires, poor wipe down, & did not wipe down interior windows. The only value was quick oil change & wash with convenient location.
