Maxi auto general is not a good place that take your car ,and bad mechanic,he charged me 500$ for a part and later lied to me that the part is not good.Later I added 1850$ and he blocked me but anytime I used different to it will go through and he never pick.He will tell you hey the car will be ready one week time but by the time you realize it takes 1 year.He kept my car for 6months after taking advantage of my car issue to make money from me.Never take your car to his shop you will regret .Maxi auto general.The man has quick temper too and talk too much!

Theif! Not sure how this place is still in business. They broke more things on my car. Lights were all on dashboard when we picked it up. They had my car for a couple months when they originally told me it would be a week. They had it running when we picked it up and when we got home and turned it off, it would not start again.

Absolutely despicable customer service, they tried to scam me on my oil change by saying they didn’t accept card, and when I had over the specified amount they suddenly didn’t have change for cash. If you value your self respect, literally go to any other auto shop.

One star for being available on Sunday during an emergency event. The work done to my vehicle had to be repaired by Firestone. They allowed my hazardous vehicle on the road!!!! I will report this place to the state once I get my report of what was wrong 😑 I did love their CAGED dogs though— even animal control should be involved 😩

Maxi saved my life! Today, on a Saturday evening I urgently needed to get my brake pads replaced and I found them on google and saw that they’re open seven days a week and open late! I am very happy with my decision to come here, as soon as I arrived they quickly took my car in and already started working on it , very efficient and wasted absolutely no time. And on top of that, maxi has an amazing deal for the cost of the brake pads, roater and service, unbeatable! Maxi and his crew are all very hard working, and very nice and funny haha. Maxi also noticed my front bumper kept popping out so he generously screwed it back in for me. Definitely returning for any car trouble in the future and I recommend anyone here who wants, fast, quality and very affordable service!!

BAD. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. I took my car to this shop for one repair. When they returned my car to me; the engine light was on and the car would periodically shut off. I called and spoke with the owner several times who was nasty and dismissive. He attempted to have me pay to have the "NEW" previously "NON Existent" issues fixed. I refused and he instructed me to bring the car in so they could look at it. After about an hour at the shop the owner admitted that I was right and there was a problem with a loose fuse. A couple of weeks later after having purchased a new battery and refrigerant for the ac, I discovered that my ac was no longer working. We could hear a hissing sound coming from the ac unit. I know for a fact that my ac was working and in tact PRIOR to visiting this shop. I've since had my car inspected by TWO different mechanics who have said the ac appeared to have been deliberately tampered with and / or the hose cut. (this is a $350 repair) It was not normal wear and tear. DO NOT trust this shop, DO NOT take your car to them, they are untrustworthy, unprofessional and deceitful.

The owner Maxi, is a typical con man. Avoid this shop at all cost. Not worth stopping for, he's more concerned about being paid with cash. Fast talker. The mechanics do great work, it's just that greasy owner you need to look it for.

The worst mechanic I’ve ever seen!!! The owner knows nothing about cars he always scams for something else. Brought car in he scanned told me what was wrong said 500$ paid and upon pick up told me 600$ more dollars he noticed an oil leak after putting back together and he is very rude!!!! This shop couldn’t put air in my tire moving forward!!!! Stay away scam artist

Maxi took great care of my Jeep Liberty. He did all of the work as we discussed and even found that my brake pedal was loose and fixed it. Great experience and good people. I would definitely (and will) take my car back to Maxi.

Very unprofessional people and almost seemed as if they did not want my service. The guy at the front with the afro was rude and had me wait 45 minutes just to run a diagnostic on my check engine through the computer. After i waited what seemed like forever he proceeded to make jokes with the people in the shop and what seemed to be personal phone calls as his obnoxious ringtone on his cellphone kept going off and interrupting our interview. Would not recommend going here unless you want a whole day wasted.

Very sketchy place. At first it seemed like they were giving my girlfriend a good deal/hooking her up on short notice but then we realized they couldn’t be trusted. They appear to be nice guys BUT the owner is super unprofessional, the mechanic did a half assed job (could not remove the lights on her dash that were not there prior to her coming in), someone stole change from her cup holder, owner charged her card twice, and dodges calls. Yeah, they may offer late night services but don’t let that perk fool you. STAY AWAY!

Made me pull cash out down the street because the card machine was not working so I did. Then he proceeded to say that he didn’t have change(even when they only use cash since the card machine was broken) man is a thief. When I got home I noticed my hood wasn’t latched all the way which I Guess I should have noticed but like come on this is your job. Absolute disgrace if they forget something so easy I can’t imagine what happens when you have major repairs. Please be aware this place is predatory.

It was a Sunday and I was in need of a miracle. I had serious damage to my Audi (or so I thought). The repairs to my car were done within an hour of me bringing my car there. Rather than putting my car on hold and ordering unnecessary parts, they got my car back into working shape and we’re extremely sympathetic to the fact I needed for work the next day. On top of that, they gave us a great deal. I had previously asked two other auto body shops the cost to fix it and Maxis beat them all by far. Thank you so much Maxi! If you’re looking for an Honest and good auto repair I Highly suggest you Go to maxi first!
