WARNING: If an auto repair shop cannot quote you a reliable price before they start working on your car, others can and will. Of course from multiple experiences I would expect this guy to end up breaking things not normally removed for the repair. This cost will be passed to you. Most repairs are $600 by the time your car is released. Gas here on average is a full $ .10 over other full service stations in town. Thanks for going for the shiny SUV first, made me remember a better station on Main. Emissions is the only thing they do right. It's hard to mess up with the computer controlled testing and an eye scan to identify the person running said test. Proceed with caution.

My wife went in for emissions. The owner Vinny was the only one not wearing a mask. He also took 3 men who came in after my wife while she was waiting before her. This was after he complained "it's going to be one of those days." So my hardy thank you for rubbing us the wrong way with such a simple process. I wish I was there.

If I could give this establishment no stars I would. I went to this location to have my emissions test. As I had never been there before I went inside to ask a question. There was a man behind the counter assisting one person so I waited patiently until he finished so I could ask my question. This man deliberately ignored me and when another woman came in approximately 5 minutes after he had no problem assisting her. I honestly have to say it looked and felt like a racist situation. I will never give this place any of my business.

Brought my car in for an issue with the brakes and an oil change. Ended up spending hundreds of dollars more to fix them than other places and suddenly my car started stalling on me after the repair. I brought it back and they claimed it was a bad solenoid and after a few hundred more dollars I was on my way again. I felt scammed and I felt they were rude. But at least I thought they fixed the issue, until it happened again shortly after. I took it to another mechanic and never had an issue since. I felt like they didn’t want my business and they really wanted me to know that without saying it.

A very wierd vibe. Went here for the very first time for emissions test. It will be the last. Younger gentlemen barely have any instructions. I had to ask where to park for emissions. An older gentlemen comes in does not speak. I had to say hello, I’m here for emissions testing. He says okay. I said do I pay here? He says it doesn’t matter. (In my head) HUNH? He continues, “now or later.” And that was it. THEN he says, “I’ll take it now.” And puts it in his pocket. So my friend asked, “Will we get a receipt?” He says, “she’ll get a report, don’t worry I won’t steal your $20.” Kinda’ rude. Then he just says, “key?” Takes my key, hops in my car. The young man does the work. Finishes. Comes out with no courteous smile, hands me the report, “your vehicle passed….dont have to some back until next year.” No Thank you, have a good day, or anything!!! Customer service is poor. I’ll go somewhere else next year.

My dad brought his car here awhile back to fix his door lock and later on it stopped working. When he went back to them they denied fixing his door lock and wouldn't fix it for him. They should be ashamed of themselves!
