This is the 2nd time we have gotten scammed into the subscription. There is a man who works there with the long dreads that has twice on separate occasions scammed us. My father was charged after declining subscription and I was charged 2 months of subscriptions when I clearly told the guy I am NOT interested in the subscription. I will never come back again. I requested a refund and to never be charged again through the support number.

Signed me up for a subscription and was paying for it for 3 months even though I declined and had to contact my bank regarding this issue, please make sure they let you use the touch screen otherwise they will sign u up without ur knowledge

This place is a joke. Every time I get my car washed, I decline the monthly wash subscription. Usually, there is no problem. Recently, though, my card was charged $34.02 for a subscription I NEVER signed up for or said yes to. The employees at the site basically told me my account was canceled and I wouldn't be charged again, and to call the site manager with any other issues I had. I called the number on the card they gave me and I was sent to a customer service line, not to the direct site manager. I explained my situation to customer service, who I could barely understand because he sounded like he was falling asleep. He said he would submit a request for a refund but I never received a confirmation email or case number. All in all, I would avoid this place if I were you. Don't get your card randomly charged and have to jump through hoops to get money back that you never authorized to be taken in the first place.

Miguel from the Splash in East Haven displayed excellent customer service skills and was more than helpful. Great customer service goes a long way!!! I stopped at Splash in East Haven this morning, Aug 27,2025, and yet again had a great experience. The staff here, specifically Danny, Tyler and James, were friendly, helpful and displayed excellent customer service skills! It is for this reason that I always make a point to visit this location, even if it’s out of my way! Great Job!

I live just a few minutes from this place in Branford. We have one white and one black vehicle so I am here almost every other day. I love the cleanliness of the entire facility and professionalism of the staff. They are always around attending with smiles. I love the towel exchange and free vacuum. I highly recommend this place

Car was still dirty after wash. Scratches on car . Broke my driver side mirror on top of it. Im not going to fuss about it because im a mechanic and will fix the damage its nothing to make a huge deal out of but in short summary its the McDonalds of carwashes if you just want a quick wash and don't care about your vehicle its a great option. If you care for your vehicle and want real service and a real wash and do not want any damages avoid at all costs.

Very, very friendly staff! The clean towels, which you exchange at the beginning of the visit, are a nice touch. I rub down those last drops when I vacuum my car, and that gives me a chance to really look for scratches. (I found a few blemishes in the paint, under the top coat, which the dealership is taking care of. I wouldn't have even noticed if I wasn't taking the time to look over my car every wash.) I don't have time to wash my car which, as you can imagine, needs it after 480-525 miles every week. I ended up getting the "all you can wash" package (not what they call it) and told the gentleman who sold it that he gave a great pitch. I'm thinking about their proximity to our home, and clearing off snow after I brush off the top of my car, as I head to my office this winter, as well as cleaning off the road gunk after I get home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't go here unless you would like pieces of your car broken off, and then to be gaslit into them telling you its your fault. Not to mention the chipped paint i've had since I got my membership here, and surface scratching. I was in a week ago and while I was going through the car wash, the trim on the roof of my car was blown off by the jets and was beat against the side of my car by the jets before it fully ripped off and landed on the floor of the inside of the car wash. I was very calm and asked for someone to retrieve it for me. I waited for the man at the front to be done with another client before asking him about the situation. He was kind and retrieved it and offered to help me re-attach the piece to my car and when he tried to put it back on he said that it looks like it broke all the glue off, admitting to me that this happens often during the car wash and that these pieces are known to break off during the wash. He offered to get a manager for me, and I told him that would be great. This was not the first time something on my car had broken going through the wash ( the light above my license plate popped out), but the first time it wasn't a big deal and i brushed it off. I had to wait around 10-15 mins for the manager to come over to me and he immediately placed blame on me saying that i must've ripped off the piece of my car before coming in that there was no way the piece could've came off in the car wash because it was quote " already dirty". Which makes no sense at all, because you get a car wash when your car is dirty. The manager continued to place blame on me after the other guy who worked there told me it was a pretty common occurrence. I asked him to make a report, had to wait another 10 mins for him to grab a piece of paper for me to fill out , and then another 15 for him to make a copy for me. I asked to cancel my membership and he never sent someone over to do that for me and after being there for almost 35-40 mins I wasn't going to wait any longer. He was incredibly rude about the whole thing and kept trying to convince me it must've been my fault. I asked for a number to call and was given a customer relations number that I could only text?? What kind of franchise place doesn't have a number to call for disputes? Tried to cancel my membership over text and they said they couldn't confirm and or deny that it would actually be cancelled. I was told I would get a call in a few days from the DM and its been crickets for a full week!

I had a great experience at this car wash thanks to Miguel. A part of my mirror was a bit loose and ended up falling off inside the car wash. As soon as I told him what happened, Miguel was extremely kind and helpful—he went to look for the piece, brought it back to me, and even reattached it. This is my 2nd time here and I don’t know why I even bothered. My car was still dirty after pulling around to the vacuums (pictures included.) I was automatically signed up for a membership and I didn’t realize until I reviewed my credit card statement for the month of June & saw the charge $23.39. The attendant said the car wash was $11 & the promotion was for the next 30 days. He didn’t say anything about signing up for a membership for $23 that I would not had agreed to seeing how this is the 2nd time and my car was still dirty. I only wanted 1 for that day not a membership!

Go to speeders car wash, better prices and they include free detail stations at each vacuum station with 10+ different interior and exterior sprays and a bucket full of clean microfibers in each stall for free. My car was scratched through the clear coat and into the paint by the wash. On site manager Tylor was nice and took my claim, i didnt hear anything for 24 hours so i followed back up at the wash as the office answering service cannot connect you to anyone. Manager Frank R wasnt there but quickly sent a message that they werent responsible for my damages. After trying every name in the dial by name directory i received a call back from Jason F that seemed to be a higher up who incorrectly described my damage. While on the phone i sent him the correct pictures of my damage and he told me “its not possible for our wash to do that damage but i can have my guys try to buff it if that will make you happy” as if a buffing wheel could do anything for that scratch. Avoid this place at all costs and spread the word to stay away
