I paid 23 bucks for a very much below average wash. Did not even vacuum my car. The front desk lady was very rude even if i tried to be nice. First and last time. There are much better places with lower prices and superior services.

What lousy service. From the wash selection process to the cash register. Not one “thank you “ not one ounce of gratitude for my patronage (especially the cashier who didn’t say 1 word to me). And worst of all, after paying 50 bucks for a full service wash the car is still dirty. What a joke. With all the car washes popping up in Pearland on 518 they won’t be around much longer. No loss IMO.

I’ve been bringing my car here for years. It’s such a great deal to get a great detailed wash - inside and out- for only $50! Do expect to spend some time waiting - but that’s because they really do a thorough job! They do offer a variety of cheaper packages but I always do the Super Clean

Had a good experience while getting my oil changed. Not overbearing or trying to upsell/pressure me with anything. Very straightforward & helpful. There weren't a ton of people, so it was really quick in & out in about 20 min. It should be like this all the time!

I Use To Frequent This Place for Car Washes or Oil Changes. Mainly Car Washes. Never Had No Real Complaints. Recently I Visited for a Car Wash and Wax. I Wondered Why It Took So Long For My Vehicle to Go Through The Car Wash. Didn't Think Anything of It. I Paid for a Wax. Never Had the Liquid Wax. Not Happy With That. I Was Fine With the Detail. Days Later While Getting Groceries Out My Back Seat I Noticed My Back Pocket on the Passenger Seat looked Weird. I'm Like Where Staplers Come From. When I Looked I Noticed the Pocket Had Been Partly Detached from the Seat. They Used a Stapler in Their Attempt to Fix It. I Have Never Used the Pockets. I Know They Will Deny Having Done This. Also I Know Customers Use Their Services at Their Own Risk. However It's Really Foul That People are Able To Destroy Your Property and Not Inform You.

The owner was friendly, very polite and very upfront about his services. It’s very refreshing to see somebody who takes pride in their work doesn’t matter if you were a car wash bank or whatever customer service was above and beyond.

I love the work they do to my car every time! The lady that checks you out though is usually on her phone all the time. I’ve come here twice and she was on the phone talking with her ear buds on. This time she didn’t even speak or say thank you. Call me old school but I just think you shouldn’t be in your phone as a cashier and checking customers out at the same time. Maybe management didn’t have an issue with it. Other than that, I’m pleased with the results every time I drive off.

I only put a 1 star because there aren’t any negative numbers. The wash assistant manager Tony, is not mentally stable. He was flirting when I got there, but baby when I showed him the damage, he got weird. No I was NOT interested in him at all. My suv back door was damaged, my back bumper was damaged and the back passenger side rear was damaged. I paid $52. Nothing was offered, Tony instantly said call the police, I was confused but I did. He then called them himself. Then Tony offered me the corporate office number n his name Tony, but wouldn’t give it to me. The lady at the register had to give it to me. There are no signs leading to the car wash area nor any in the was area. I have videos n pictures. I will have my lawyer to contact Tony (just kidding), he might lose it. My attorney will be contacting corporate.

They got me! I have never been talked into paying that much for a car detail. Went back the next day for mud that was still on the passenger side floor and chips and a bottle top between the seat and console, they are still there. The back window was smeared in a circular motion, still smeared. I have had a better job for $20 from Jojo at Homer Ford Tennis Center. I'll be finding another establishment or going to the LEAST expensive service, seems to be what I got anyway, rather than the MOST expensive. Thanks Anthony, you're a great salesman, NEVER again though, NEVER again.

Beware of Splashes Car Wash – I Will Never Use Their Services Again! I paid for the premium car wash package, which initially seemed to do a good job of cleaning my car. However, after leaving their lot, my vehicle suddenly started flashing six different caution sensor lights, something that had never happened before. After taking my car to a mechanic, I discovered that the wash had caused water damage to my sensors, resulting in over $400 in repair costs. How does this even happen at a professional car wash? I spoke to the manager, Tony, but he was unhelpful and failed to take responsibility for the damage. My advice to anyone in this situation: do not leave the lot without documenting the damage thoroughly, and make sure the manager is aware of it. Take pictures, and if needed, consider legal action. It’s clear to me that they will not take accountability for any issues that arise. This was, without a doubt, the worst car wash experience I’ve had in Pearland, and I strongly advise against using their services.

I have been to slash before in the past years but this time it was very ridiculously bad they told me over the phone they were going to charge me $130.00 to clean my seats wash and clean my car when I got there they charged me $140.00 to find that they left my ashtrays very dirty straws in my dashboard and my floor mats stacked on top of each other in the front seat and the worst of all was they stole my husband's brand new earbuds which he was very disappointed in that place as well I will no longer be going back and I will tell my friends not to go there because they steal things out of your car. I took pics of some of the wrong things but I forgot about the other one's.

Definitely not recommended. I went to have my car detailed which also includes shampooing. They did an OK job on the inside but on the outside I had to go all around the car asking for them to clean lots of untouched areas. I was not at all pleased!

I visited this establishment in October 2024 with my car in perfect condition, only 10 months old. When I got in my car the first thing I noticed was a huge CRACK on the driver side of my WINDSHIELD. I brought this to the managers attention and was told that’s how my car came there. No inquiry, no recording checked. No apologies, no accountability. Nothing!!!!! Except attempts to intimidate a female!!!!! How could I have driven my car there and not notice the huge crack on the drivers side????

Took my car to get washed and cleaned for the first time and was completely disappointed. Didn’t get my air freshener that it came with the package and it wasn’t even cleaned right. Crumbs all over the seat cracks and floor. Like if they didn’t even vacuum or at least attempt too.

My husband and I been coming to this car wash since it opened. We always loved this establishment. The cashier Barbara was so rude to me when I asked for change to tip. She told me 'you knew you was coming to the car wash. You should of had change before you got here.' She seemed angry.

Paid close to $24 for a sub-par, mediocre “car wash” when I think my neighborhood’s 10yo car wash fund raiser would of done a better job. I usually wash my own vehicles but was lazy and decided to stop here instead since my other usually car wash was closed. Well. I’m not impressed at all. Water spots all over the vehicle. Tire shine left on my fender and they didn’t even bother to wipe it off. If they want to get as much vehicles out with a timely manner, at least charge less for what horrible job they’re doing. Definitely first and last visit.

The last three times they have done a very poor job and I have had to ask that they sweep the car out more than once on the same visit. I had to request the manager also. When I initially got there, I told the guy that my car was not swept out good the last couple of times and they need to do a better job. He said, “we don’t need a degree to sweep a car out. I will make sure it’s done right.” Well, evidently they need training or a degree to do a better job. They are over priced and do a very poor job! I will NEVER give them my business again! I DO NOT recommend them!!!
