★★★★★ Honestly, Fernando at All Out Mechanic shop is 5 star for a reason. Bring your vehicle to this shop and you'll see why. Customer service is awesome and his communication thru the process is like none you'll receive at a corporate mechanic shop. Communication on specific parts and brand choices you'd want as well as pictures of the work he was doing throughout the process. This time was an issue with the engine coils and spark plugs but am already making plans for him to do my shocks and struts. Seriously wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Fair prices and just a good guy to do business with. One of the few mechanic shops I've been to that accepts payments via cash app and Zelle. Great experience.

★★★★★ After "fixing" my own brakes (I know, I know), they wouldn't bleed and were super mushy. I called and they said they would work on it that day since I needed the truck for a trip over the weekend. After a bit, Fernando called and said the parts store sold me the wrong part (which somehow fit) which is why it wouldn't bleed. Got the correct part and they had it fixed up by the end of the day on very short notice for a very reasonable price. Well worth it to have a professional sign off on my botched brake job. Solid communication, very polite, quick, and professional. Thanks guys!

★★★★★ Had a cracked rim on my truck; called around for repairs and quoted prices which I thought to be pretty high. I contacted All-Out to see what repairs they offer. Fernando answered and told me that he could send out the rim for repair, but who would repair them would probably quote me the same price as the others. He asked what vehicle the rim belonged to. After responding to him, he mentioned he had a set of OEM wheels from the same vehicle and provided me a deal which, was a much better deal than having the repair made. I accepted the offer and drove to the shop immediately. Fernando allowed me to inspect the wheels prior to install. After approval, he and his father got to work on my truck. This entire process, from initial call to driving away, took less than 2 hours. Fernando was professional, reasonable and friendly. He and his father can expect repeat business from now on. I would recommend All-Out to anyone in the Houston Area.
