I took my vehicle a month and a half ago, when I dropped it off he said it would be ready in two weeks. A month later and my vehicle is still not ready. Every time I call he always gives me the run around. I wont ever recommend someone there or take my vehicles again.

Went to get a quote, I spoke with Chris for a quote. He quoted me $875 and a 4 day waiting period. The damage to my car was minimal, just minor damage to my front bumper and the fender. I then got a quote at the Custom Auto II right down the street and they quoted me $696.47 and they could do it the same day. You can guess which one I decided to go with.

Chris Collision Chris Collision Center on W Broadway in Pearland Chris Collision Center has been in Pearland for years and is tucked away behind a Church on W. Broadway, in Pearland, right across the street from Oday Hardware. Take the easy to miss unpaved driveway just after the church, back to the repair shop. It is definitely worth the extra effort to find this gem of a shop and to deal with Chris, who has many years of experience in his craft and is an old school expert who can be trusted5. You will also find he is very honest, friendly and does outstanding high quality work. If you prefer being corralled into the flashy big corporate shops with all the sheeple by the insurance companies with long lines and process clerks following a script where it is not even possible ust consulting directly with the talent at the shop who will be working on your vehicle. In these type places you either take it or leave it, can't negotiate, can't expect any special effort to reduce your expense where possible or take a certain approach like repairs rather than part replacement when possible etc. I have personally experienced the friendly professional service, flexible approach to getting the job done right the first time in a timely manner , the way you want it and an ability to deal directly with one person, rather than being passed from one clerk for this and another for that. You should give Chris a try I am sure you will be happy you did. He is the antidote to the hassle of Big, Inflexible Insurance -company partners in the collision body shop business who are looking out for Insurance companies more than you.

Go ahead and get ur estimates (I didn't want to involve insurance, all on me) and then get ur car repair done by Chris. Excellent work and I saved over 30% plus from what other shops estimates were. Chris even sent me to get the used bumper myself so he wouldn't have to charge me. Oh did I mention EXCELLENT WORK! Highly recommend.

Chris is a nice guy but unfortunately does not do quality work. My bumper isn’t aligned in three spots. The undercarriage is missing clips and is hanging off. I asked Chris, there must be something he can do to resolve and he said he stands by his work and proceeded to show me other cars in the shop that weren’t aligned. As if showing me his poor quality of work with other customers would make me feel better? I had to take to another shop to fix it and it cost me another $900 to fix. I should also note he quoted me 5-6 days. It took 14 days and wasn’t even completed, I had to take back a second time for other pieces and afterwards everything wasn’t aligned.

Such a great shop to work with. I used to visit Chris for insurance work as an adjuster and never had a problem. I recently took an older vehicle by to repair some paint chipping and damage to front fender and both bumpers and I could not be more happy! The car looks fantastic.
