Edit to add: changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Early this morning i woke up to replace my air filter and engine filter [i do this myself because it’s super easy] . Guess what, 3 plastic screws are missing that i know for a fact were there before jiffy lube touched my car. [I know personally these screws are annoying to work with but they are vital in keeping car parts from shifting] Also when they removed the cabin air filter to show me the condition, they replaced the filter back incorrectly with the air flow pointing towards the engine and not towards the vehicle. This is unacceptable, and really makes me question their work ethic. I just don't understand how their employees could be so careless about minor details. This has confirmed to me that I will never return here again. I recently re-visited this location because my last visit was amazing! Unfortunately, my experience this time was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Upon arrival, I presented my vehicle and requested a specific set of services as outlined on the receipt provided by the service advisor. However, upon inspection after the supposed completion of the service, it became apparent that one specific item listed on the receipt was not actually performed. This discrepancy was not only frustrating but also raised concerns about the overall quality and integrity of the service provided. Moreover, after the service was done, I went next door to the drive-thru car wash and this is where I did my own inspection of my vehicle. When I open my hood to check/inspect the services that were performed I noticed that my windshield wiper cap was missing and fluid was low (when receipt stated filled). I quickly returned back to ask if my cap might have fallen or if maybe the technician forgot to replace it. I was then informed that my vehicle was missing said cap when I brought it in initially. Basically they said that I most likely lost or misplaced the cap previously prior to receiving any services with them. This came as a surprise to me since I had never noticed any issue with the wiper cap before. However, to my disbelief and after further inspection by technician post-service, the supposedly missing cap was found wedged in between engine parts. This discovery not only highlighted the negligence during the initial inspection but also cast doubt on the reliability of the service center’s claims. The combination of these incidents has left me deeply dissatisfied with my experience. As a customer who trusts the expertise and honesty of automotive service providers, I find it unacceptable to encounter such blatant discrepancies and miscommunications. In conclusion, I urge the management to take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Customers deserve accurate, thorough, and honest service, and unfortunately, my recent visit fell short of these expectations.

Jiffy Lube is my favorite oil change place. But sadly service today was not at all as such. He young man was nice enough to vacuum my car once I asked him too but he only vacuumed the front and not the back. So two stars today. But the good part is I was in and out quickly within 15 minutes.

Updating my review to say avoid at all costs. Got a low oil light and I'm like I just got my oil changed not too long ago. I get home and there is a puddle of oil under my truck. Come to find out the oil filter is not even finger tight. They cannot even do their basic job. A $120 full synthetic oil change and they messed that up. They are getting better about getting in and out in a reasonable amount of time and it helps to go to the same chain so they have your maintenance records. Mildly annoying is that it's nearly impossible to get just an oil change without them unbolting all your filters and trying to up sell you on changing them. If I ask for an oil and filter please only do that. Happened again with state mandated inspection. I asked for that and they tell me I need new spark plugs and brake fluid. I realize this is a for profit business but greatly annoying to be constantly asked to buy service I didn't ask for.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I went to get an inspection only, it took 45min when its was only my car as well as another..I pass the inspection but of course when it was time to pay they told me I had sooo many issues with my vehicle when I literally haven’t had any issues with my car at all I declined all the extra charges they wanted me to pay. I paid the regular $18.50 for my inspection. I left came home for about 30 min when I went to leave out my car wouldn’t start I called they tried to tell me they didn’t do anything extra to the vehicle (a lie) because why all of sudden my check engine light on, my time changed in my car, and the battery light is also on and its making a ticking noise, I spoke to the assistant manager and the head manager neither would let me get a word out to explain. My inspector name was John and he looks like he’s about 70 years old.. horrible I would never go there again!!

Work they did was fine but I went in for an inspection with only one car in front of me and it took an hour and a half! They said it was because they were short handed but they had one guy dedicated to inspections so no idea why it took so long. Usually takes 10-15 minutes.

Come in for state inspection and was instead given a sales pitch for unnecessary maintenance. Went to Jiffy Lube for a routine state emissions inspection and 20 minutes later I was asked about wiper blades, (which were new) transmission, air filters, battery.... The employee was holding the air filters, for which I did not authorize Jiffy Lube to dismantle my vehicle to perform an emissions test. Im not sure they even put the air filters back in the car! Pretty sure this violates the Texas’ Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) To top it off when I refused the employee left the floor cover in my car, which bunched up under the break pedal. Needless to say I strongly discourage any use of this location for any reason.

I was the first customer in the lounge today. The trash was full and rug needed vacuuming. I tried to use the restroom but their sink was filthy, trash overflowing and a large roach was roaming the floor. Although the manager, Stephen T, was helpful and nice, I had a hard time hearing him—he seemed happy to repeat himself. I was disappointed that they no longer vacuum cars as part of their service. Stephen offered to take care of that, but the car was already out of the bay, so I declined.

Very pleasant experience. Even though I don’t like the potential of an up sale, They were very receptive to my “no” And made the overall experience great. Thanks to Andrew being so on the spot as well. It seems to run quite smoothly now I’m not always had a good experience here, but I will come back. Can we have regular TV and not have to watch commercials for Jiffy Lube??!
