My car, which is 13 years old, was starting slowly and I brought it in to Firestone in Pearland. Jay greeted me, asked a few questions and informed me he and the team would work to get me out and on my way to work as quickly as possible. After running tests, he gave me a thorough explanation of the issue, which turned out to be a non-issue, and sent me on my way without charge. My experience was very customer-focused, quick, and with thorough explanation, which was so greatly appreciated! I will definitely continue to let Firestone take care of my vehicle needs!

First time ever visiting a Firestone for questions on their lifetime alignment, I was hesitant because of terrible experiences at competitor brands and adding services like oil changes without my consent or permission. I am happy to say this experience changed my opinion for the better! Mike answered all my questions and scheduled me for an appointment that worked with my schedule, after trying to get me in that same day but I was unavailable. The day I went in Jay assisted me, my schedule cleared up early and worked me in earlier than my appointment time. After getting my alignment the other Mike went over the life of my tires and notified me I needed to replace one, funny enough I had just come from discount tire thinking that was the tire I replaced, I am very grateful to Mike for notifying me or I would’ve probably never caught it on time, and would’ve probably been left stranded on the side of the road somewhere! Location was also clean, and was serviced in a timely manner. You guys are the best! I will absolutely recommend this location to my friends and family! Their District Manager should be very pleased with this team, and they deserve lunch😂

The store Manager name is Josh he is unprofessional and he’s also a liar. He’s didn’t fixed my flat tire the first time I took to him. The same day after took it half way back home I looked at the tire gauge my air in my tire from 37Lb to 25 Lb.The next day I called the store Josh answered I asked to speak to Jesse or Jamarion either one are not available so I waited until Saturday around 3 ish to get my tires fixed and hopefully they fixed it but it turns into a problem with your Store Manager. I asked him what take so long to fix my tire I have been sitting here waiting for Two and half hours already? His response was a few employees were quitting and firing so he was short handed. I understand until his technician came to me and tell me that is nothing wrong with my tires. He wants to show me the tire on the Driver side rear wheel is no issue then I came out and showed him the picture I took before I brought to the shop so I turn the wheel around he sprayed soap water on see the bubbles so I said to his technician did you see that bubbles 🫧 that is a reason why I brought it here to get it fix you should take a wheel off submerge in water so you can see if any bubbles 🫧. The technician name Samuel went to his Manager IDK what he told his manager now his manager refuse to fix it at this point I was very upset. The store Manager banned me from coming back if that the case I all my money back every penny I spent in this store. This store Manager name JOSH need to be fired.

He explained everything throughly, made sure my fiance and I undserstood the process of having my vehicle checked and the steps after. I would definitely recommend this location. Paid for an estimate. Was told what needed to be replaced and that estimate would follow next day. Have never received any estimate. I paid for the inspection and will have to take somewhere else for repairs. Do not recommend.

Took 2004 Avalon to Firestone (FS) for a lifetime alignment, oil change (with coupon) and "travel check". They claimed $5000 in repairs were needed and couldn't do the alignment, but did charge about $100 for the synthetic oil change. We had a mechanic in Houston look over the car thoroughly a few months before the visit to FS., so the next day we got another mechanic to do estimates that showed there wasn't much to repair. We are grateful for the comprehensive exam Firestone printed out for us to give to the new mechanic. There is still an issue with fully redeeming the FS coupon and I'm emailing Firestone to find out why. An oil change and alignment should have been a much easier endeavor.

I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with Firestone , until a friend of the family referred me to this location & I must say this one has definitely changed my mind about Firestones!! They were very helpful from start to finish, the advisor answered all of my questions in depth. I was able to understand in terms of someone to whom isn’t familiar around the mechanics of cars . I took my car to the Firestone for a problem that I could not figure out. The technician assured me that they would do their best to find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. I've been taking my rental cars to many different shops for years, and I can honestly say this is the best service I've ever received. I went into the store unannounced and without an appointment. Was looking for tires. I was greeted with a warm welcome by several FS employees at the entry lobby. I described my need for new tires and the staff took the time to show me options and to share their recommendations and advice. After deciding on a path forward (based on price, availability, convenience), they rushed an order of tires to be brought from another store and were able to get me services within two hours. They kept in touch during the delivery period and the service period, always making sure I knew what to expect in terms of timing for completion. I was very happy with the outcome of the work as well. I really was impressed with everyone from the store manager to the lead tech, Jose. The young lady at the front kiosk was really nice as well.

Would not recommend. After giving a glowing review not even 24 hours later I had so many issues with the vehicle. To the point now where I'd rather go by a new one. Mind you I just had diagnostics done on the vehicle, but since taking it to Firestone it has been a nightmare and Firestone does not honor their agreements. The employees act clueless even if they were the ones you spoke to and that previously worked on the vehicle smh. Do not take your vehicle here!!!

Every visit, they treat my vehicle with the TLC it needs, and they always greet you with a smile , even first thing in the morning when most people aren’t even awake yet. He educated me on what I thought the issue was and even gave me advice to help diagnose my issue so I wouldn’t be chasing my tail. Do not trust these "big" auto shops!!! All they want to do is take your money. I took my car to Firestone because it was making some weird noises when turning and a knocking sound. Figured it was something to do with the power steering. Firestone did a diagnostic and determined that my rack and pinion was broken. The quote to get the parts replaced plus labor was about $2000. I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion. The 2nd mechanic confirmed that the rack and pinion are NOT broken, nothing wrong with them. The only thing he saw was a leak in the power steering reservoir. Total to replace that and the 2 hoses plus labor is $230.

The tire I was focused on wasn't being sold anymore, so they offered a newer and better tire. They matched prices too, and took my car right in upon arrival. I added an inspection, and they were quick and informative. This business also offers other services for your vehicles, so they're worth a try if you need something done on your car/truck. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. The atmosphere was great! The place inside was clean , the ladies bathroom was very clean. They diagnosed my car and told me what was needed. The mechanic did a great job. I left my car thinking that it will be all day however it was sooner than expected. I will definitely come back and recommend to my family. The manager was great!
