I just needed an oil change so after reading some reviews I decided to try them out. They were able to take my car in right away which I know isn't always the case and it didn't take to long to get it finished up, it wasn't super quick by any means but a fair amount of time to do the job right. Then after the technician brought the car back around to me he took the time to open the hood and recheck and verify his work with me present, checking that the oil cap was properly tightened and showing me the oil level on the dip stick. He must have also cleaned up where they replaced the oil filter as well as most of the time I have oil residue dripping for a day or so after an oil change due to the oil that runs down the engine when the filter is removed. This morning, not a drop on the driveway. Their price was fair, a tad higher than a typical oil change shop but I'm more comfortable having an older experienced technician take care of my car. Reliable quality work is worth the little extra. Thanks again.

I was in a hurry (as usual) needed an oil change that was way over due and before I was able to get comfortable they were done! I don't know about you but a little bit off stress was gone! Jose the owner has to be one of the most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure to meet and straight to the point. I had some other minor issues which they explained to me but did not pressure me into trying to hard sell me, I appreciate that very much. Thanks Condor!!!!

After taking a 10-year-old car to the dealer, they were going to charge me $3k for repairs. I asked for the codes and sent them to my brother-in-law who runs a body shop in Illinois. He said it shouldn't cost more than $1400-$1500. After dealing with the hassle of getting my car from the dealership (having an argument), I took it to Condor, and they made the repairs. That was almost a year ago and it's still running great. I've also used them for less expensive repairs since then.

Was my go to for oil changes on my cars til one day I took my car for an oil change and wheel alignment. Had to take the car back right after leaving because the steering wheel was way off after the “alignment” then when the tech took it for a so called test drive it sounded more like a joy ride the way he took off coming out the shop. Brought it to the owners attention and he didn’t do a thing about it. Not to mention a few days later my car was leaking oil because they left the oil filter loose, luckily I caught it on time before it leaked too much oil

We have used Condor Auto Repair for all of our cars for 8 years since they first opened. My wife and I are in our 50's and have used a lot of different repair shops. Jose and his staff in my opinion are absolutely pros at what they do. They always exceed our expectation with their quality of work and their fees. Jose Luis...I can't express what a great experience he made out if a very bad situation. I was towed there after my car suddenly stopped and he greeted me personally, asked his team to take care of my needs and when he discovered my phone died in the middle of the madness... he personally drove me home! I can't say enough good things about this facility and the team that runs it. Quality affordable work was done with follow up the next day. Excellent service!!!

I moved to Crosby from Pearland a year ago and I still bring my vehicle to Condor. That alone shows what a gem of a shop this is. I don't trust anyone but Jose Luis and his team to work on my vehicle. They are honest, fairly priced, and strive to exceed a customer's expectations. My family also brings their vehicles here and share my sentiments as well. You won't be disappointed!

I went to Condor because my AC sounded like it was working/blowing air and it would work for an hour. After and hour it’s still sounded like it was blowing air but felt like nothing was coming out. They said they had to replace the blower motor and something else and charged me $600 and said I have a year warranty. I picked it up and it still did not work. I took it back and they said oh it was a faulty replacement part and changed it out. My AC is still giving me problems and I have taken it back to them and they did nothing. I went through the hottest months in Houston with AC that doesn’t work. I’m a single mom and can’t afford to try to find someone to fix it. I will not go back and do not recommend.

Took car in for warning lights display. Christian Brothers estimated total repair was $2400. Computer read called for replacement of fuel injectors. Condor Auto said injectors probably not problem. Took it back to condor 3 times with warning lights on. I have now paid Condor over $3000 and still getting warning display. Took to dealer and they said problem is probably injector. Condor also said they had to reprogram key fob. Towed it to a dealer and it would not start because fobs were not programmed. I spent another $300 at dealer for fob reprogramming. They said I would probably be back for inje tor replacement that Condor never worked on.

Will always read reviews first. Took my car to get fixed…got it back $1400 later and there was something wrong that wasn’t wrong when I dropped it off. They towed it to their shop for $75 and replaced a part for $340 and it was still making the same noise. Replaced a part that wasn’t messed up when I dropped it off. In a matter of two weeks and almost $2000 later it is still not working properly and not able to drive it. I am not a fan of bad reviews but bad service is bad service. Needless to say we will be finding a new auto repair shop.

Edit: honest shop. i continue to refer people here. If you need auto repair or service, this is your place. Thank you for running your business the trustworthy way you do. I needed a wiring repair and inspection, thought I'd drop in and see what it would cost me to have them check it out- dreading spending the day at a repair shop. To my pleasant surprise, they took the car back right away. The fees were reasonable, and the staff took the time to show me a phone picture of the defect requiring repair. They began work right away and I was out with the inspection within the hour. Polite, friendly service- clean lobby, reasonable fees. Nice place! I'll be back and would recommend to others. Thank you !

I brought my car to Condor Automotive for an alignment and was told it would take about 45 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting nearly 2.5 hours. When they finished, I was informed they couldn’t fully zero out the alignment and that the entire rear suspension and part of the front suspension needed to be replaced—at a quoted cost of over $4,000. I declined the additional work and asked for the alignment only. When I went to check on my car, I found the tech sitting in it smoking a cigarette and scrolling on his phone. He mentioned he still needed to “test drive” it, which added another 30 minutes. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. Based on what I saw, I would only consider this shop for basic services like brakes or oil changes, but not for any major work or diagnostics. I won’t be returning.
