Today my steering wheel began to shake, so I decided to pull into Simba and schedule a diagnostic for the next day. As I was leaving one gentleman called me back and said Miss let me just drive it. I may be able to save you some time. He drove my GLE Mercedes 350 and recommended that I have my tires checked and if that wasn’t the problem to then return. I took his advise, and that is exactly what I needed. 2 NEW tires. I would just like to Thank him and the workers at Simba for going an extra mile. Which saved me some time and money. I'm glad I picked Simba up out of three best reviews in Pearland Texas on a look up who were the best auto mechanic shops in Pearland. I needed help with one of trucks that I let one of my daughters use to go about her business. The truck was a disaster. And I really didn't believe that this Toyota Tundra would make it to Simba automotive. Well it did, Thank God! Simba automotive is just that the online best reviews has said, it is one of the best in Pearland. I would definitely recommend Simba automotive to anyone. Disappointed with Declining Quality and Poor Customer Service I initially had a good experience with Simba Automotive, which is why I trusted them to service the brakes on my BMW 328. Unfortunately, the quality of their work and customer service has drastically declined. They installed rotors and brake pads that caused a loud squealing noise every time I pressed the brake pedal. On top of that, excessive black brake dust constantly covered my rims—no matter how often I cleaned them, the dust reappeared immediately after driving. Since the parts were under warranty, I brought the vehicle back for an exchange. The second set was even worse. The same problems persisted—squeaking brakes and overwhelming brake dust. To make matters worse, during a previous visit for an oil change, they used the wrong type of oil for my vehicle. This is unacceptable for a business that claims to specialize in automotive service. I tried reaching out multiple times for a resolution but received no callbacks. After numerous failed attempts, I’ve decided to pay another automotive shop to fix the issue properly and will be seeking reimbursement from Simba Automotive. Sadly, the staff has been rude and dismissive throughout this process. They now use subpar parts—likely from low-quality overseas suppliers—and offer no accountability when problems arise. I strongly advise others to stay away. What was once a trusted business has become unreliable and unprofessional.

If you're looking for a friendly, professional, worth-the-price, and honest auto shop, Simba Auto's is for you! I noticed my parking lights would not go out and was unable to find the cause. Simba Auto was able to find and fix the issue, just a faulty tiny part and as a returning customer Simba did not charge me anything out of courtesy. I will continue going to this shop and encourage anyone else in the Pearland area to do the same.
