I brought my car here for a regular check and general inspection and I was told my car had no issues besides needing an oil and brake change for almost $500. I asked again if my tires and alignment were checked as originally requested after they were about to send me home with my car. They told me everything was checked but they would basically "double check" the alignment, just for me to call the next day and have them tell me there was a nail in one of my tires (???) If there were no issues the day before when they claimed they checked everything and were about to send me back with my car, I'm wondering how they just noticed a nail and "almost flattened tire" (which they threw away, so i couldn't confirm the nail myself) . So I told them to change the tire, which came out to an extra $150+, when I picked up my car I saw a spare placed instead of the new tire they were charging me for. I don't trust this location and I don't think they actually work on the cars like they claim. I don't know how a spare tire could go overlooked but i never want to take my car back. The "new" tire they placed looks older than the 3 tires i've had in my car for the past 4 years. They changed out a bunch of other parts because I reported that my car was shaking and now It drives worse than it did before! I genuinely feel like i had my car parts that were in good condition replaced with old equipment. Very disappointed and I feel scammed.

Worked with Israel to get 4 brand new tires I needed ASAP. He was extremely helpful, patient, and the estimated wait time to have the service (same day) completed was spot on. I took away a star because in my opinion the prices aren’t really competitive. Definitely recommend for customer service.

First, this dealership is busy (people know they are good!) but August always greets me with a “Welcome sir we will be with you in just moment.” And most important, he and the team found the problem—and fixed it Didn’t add things I didn’t need like other auto shops. This has been my go-to place for all things car related that I can get fixed for at least the past 10 years! The people are the best and they're led by August, who is the reason that I have been coming back all these years. They are honest about the repairs that are needed and do not try to take advantage of people. I recommend scheduling an appointment when you need service because so many people go and are loyal to this location for the same reason. At this Goodyear location, they make sure that you're more than just someone coming to fix your car... They treat you like family and remember the small things, which always means so much! It's also a great atmosphere because not only can you meet nice people there but it's in walking distance to great restaurants in the Pearland Town Center and by the time you grab something to eat and walk back, your car is usually done. I highly recommend this location and will come back for as long as August is there! Many people that I've met there drive from all over the city just because of him and his crew!

My wife had a screw in her tire and her alignment was a bit off. I came in, expecting to be told how everything was falling apart and I needed to fix everything (based on previous experiences with a different Goodyear location). I could not have been more wrong. Jose was extremely helpful, noted a patch on the tire would be fine and that the alignment was a bit out, but nothing to worry about. I spent waaaay less than I had planned and was very satisfied with the service. I'll be back.

I decided to wait a week to compose this review. I was certainly frustrated with my experience and didn't want emotion to reflect in my review. I'll just state facts and let you draw your own conclusions. Within the last 18 months I purchased a set of tires for my truck from this shop. The total was just over $1000. The tires have less than 10,000 miles and are in excellent condition. One started leaking last week. I took it in for repair. The shop informed me that the tire had 3 holes in it and could not be repaired due to Goodyear's policy of a max of 2 repairs per tire. They told me there was a screw in it, a heavy industrial staple, and a third hole of unknown origin. The only alternative was to buy another tire. I took it to another shop for evaluation. I was told the screw and staple had not penetrated and were not leaking. A repair was performed on only one leak. That repair has held for 6 days with no leaks. I was very disappointed with the expertise and service at this Goodyear. I wish I had purchased my tires elsewhere.

Went on Sunday to repair a flat tire. They did it pretty fast! And did not charge for the work. And truly honest by saying it could be repaired without pushing me to buy a new one. I will be back for any other issues with my SUV! Staff is great!

Brought my 2010 Mazda 3 in last Friday with a couple issues. The service manager wanted to claim there was no rattling from the front or back which is what the car was taken in for. He insisted there was no noise and no issues even after he was informed that there was. I called and let them know there were still issues after they charged me over $200 to look at it and ignore the issues it was taken in for. Will never be back

I went in to get my tire checked because it kept losing pressure. We went in and they took our car back to check it, they let us know we had a small, patchable hole and told us they were going to work on the patching. Afterwards, when we went to pay, they told us not to worry about it. The service was quick and efficient, the job was done well and my tire pressure was filled and in good shape, and the workers were just flat out kind. Great place there!!!

I recently purchased four tires along with the road hazard protection for each. At the time, I honestly didn’t intend to buy the additional coverage—but looking back, I’m so glad I did. For some reason, I always seem to pick up a nail or screw here in my city. Sure enough, not long after my purchase, I ended up with a nail in one of my new tires. I immediately went to the Goodyear location on Kirby, where the tire was inspected and determined to be unrepairable. Because I had the road hazard coverage, the tire was replaced—no stress, no hassle. I want to sincerely thank the staff at the Kirby location for explaining the value of the road hazard protection when I made my purchase. You were absolutely right, and this experience proved it. I bough new 4 Fortera GoodYear Tires & the air pressure goes down every other day. I went to their GoodYear owned outlet at 3209 to ask them to checkout the tires since they’re under warranty. The Person at the counter of 3209 Kirby Drive, Pearland-Texas first said 1.Go to the dealer where you bought it from 2. Then when I said no, he said leave the car, we’ll call you back , then when I asked for appointment 3.He said I have you down for Tuesday afternoon - no email/message confirmation he’s ready to give . Please provide suitable customer level resolution .

I purchased tires online and had them shipped to this location as it was the most convenient option. While I typically do not visit Goodyear, I decided to give this location a try. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this place if you own a high-end vehicle or want to ensure your tires are mounted and balanced with precision. I suggest visiting Discount Tire instead. I encountered two major issues: 1. Tire Balancing Equipment: The industry’s top tire balancing machines are made by Hunter. Unfortunately, this location uses a lower-quality Coats machine, which can result in vibrations at higher speeds. 2. Incorrect Mounting: One of my tires was mounted inside out, which can lead to significant safety and performance problems. I ultimately went to Discount Tire, where they rebalanced my tires using the Hunter machine and corrected the mounting issue.
