I took my car in because my air conditioner wasn't hardly cooling. Eddie the manager told me it was most likely the compressor, but they would service it first to try and save me money. It did end up being the compressor. They replaced it and recharged the system and it is working like new.

Every time I come here, the workers want to make sure they are doing a good job and actually helping their customers. They provide fair deals to all customers no matter if it’s your first time there or if you’ve been a loyal customer. Never have any problems when I come here. We went to change our oil on Saturday and our car went in with no engine noise and came out with a horrendous noise, we turned around within minutes and spoke to the so-called, "owner Eddie" and he said everything is fine and I'm good to drive. My vehicle was making a weird noise all weekend and Monday got worse... I had to miss work to take my vehicle back again to them to ask them what they have done to my car? They practically washed their hands and told me possibly something with an oil pump and had nothing to do with them and to take it to my mechanic as soon as possible. We took it to our trustworthy mechanic and the first thing he told us .... Whoever changed your oil did not place back the oil pump piece back and practically your engine has been running with no oil, you could have gotten into an accident or worse your engine could have gotten on fire. As of right now I have a 4800.00 bill or getting another car. I went back to Kwik Kar to speak to Eddie or Maher Suleiman and Eddie alleges he is the owner and from the moment we tried to explain to him he got defensive and talked to us like we were stupid. We tried to speak to Maher Suleiman and he is nowhere to be found, he's a ghost or possibly disguising himself under Eddie. Eddie said it wasn't his fault and to take him to court because he'll win.....we will practice our legal options on this and I'm just reaching out to customers who go there regularly like we used to, be very careful with this shop, they will wash their hands in seconds and they will not even try to listen and just get defensive.
