We will NEVER take any of our cars back here again. Up front their customer service is good, they will try everything to fix your car and make you happy. However, we had to take our car back multiple times for the same repairs, or a repair that was caused by the previous "repair". They use customer cars for business use, shuttling customers to and from the shop, transporting parts and used oil. We had our car there in January, now a few weeks later I'm finding oil in the back of our SUV. Looks like they tried to clean it up, but didn't clean the carpets or the compartment in the back under the rubber protector. There have been other times I suspected some damage that was caused by them but they deny everything that is related to their negligence. We have dropped the car off with almost a full or 3/4 tank of gas, when we picked it up the gas was on empty. Should have stopped taking cars there a while ago.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this shop. When we first came in, we were given incorrect information about the repairs, which led us to make the wrong decision. Later, when we decided not to move forward with the repair due to the misunderstanding, we were still charged a labor fee. We tried to speak with the manager to request a reasonable adjustment, but the attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive. We understand that businesses need to charge for their work, but communication and customer service matter. The lack of clear explanation and respect made this experience extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this shop and will be warning others to stay away.

You’d be better off going somewhere else because these guys don’t know how to look a vehicle over properly. I brought my truck in because it wasn’t shifting out of second and also had a check engine light and ABS light. (They tried to claim I only brought it in for the battery because that was all they documented. It was a brand new battery that the ABS system was draining) almost $8,000 for transmission, ABs system, shifter and other various things they said would fix the problem and I still got sent back a truck that doesn’t work. At one point they also tried to lie to me when they said it was fixed even after I asked if it shifted right and I got less than half a mile down the road and could clearly tell it was not fixed so I took it back. After 7 months of them having it I finally took it somewhere else and the engine that Eagle kept saying ran great and had no issues actually had no compression in cylinder 2 and would need a rebuild/new one. If they had simply diagnose my truck properly I wouldn’t have wasted all that money.

What a great experience! Hayden knew exactly what the problem was with my transmission and had it fixed in 3 hours. Fixed my transmission and the front end issue. He also showed me that another company put the wrong converters on my truck that was causing other issues and I ended up getting that work done for free from the prior company :) Fair pricing and they can be trusted. It's nice when they care and go beyond. I will be back!

If I could give Eagle Automotive & Transmission a 10-star review, I absolutely would! These people are truly God-sent. I called in, they told me to come right over, gave me a free diagnostic, explained exactly what was wrong, and fixed my car the same day. (2014 Range Rover) I was panicking because I needed my car back ASAP, and Mr. Hayden assured me that if I came in at 8 AM, it would be ready by 1 PM—and he delivered exactly what he promised. I wasn’t sure where to start after the experience I had. I had my catalytic converters replaced at another shop in December 2025, and by January 2026 they were already cracked and broken, causing even more issues with my truck. I then took it to Eagle Automotive for a free diagnostic, and from the very beginning they were honest, transparent, and professional. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they did not try to cut corners at all. They used dealership-quality parts and took the time to do the job right. Hands down, Eagle Automotive is one of the most honest and trustworthy mechanic shops I’ve dealt with. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my vehicle and provided a clear, straightforward estimate without any pressure. What I really appreciated was that he encouraged me to take time to discuss everything with my wife before making a decision and even went over financing options to help make the repairs more manageable. Unfortunately, the repairs were outside of my current budget, but that had nothing to do with the service or integrity they showed. Because of how upfront, patient, and professional Michael was, they’ve absolutely earned my trust moving forward. When I’m in the market for another vehicle, I’ll very likely use them for a pre-purchase inspection, and I fully plan to use Eagle Automotive and Transmission for future repair needs.
