Galaxy Automotive owner Jiovani sat down and talked with me kindly and professionally regarding repair of my mother's vehicle after her death. He helped me understand my options as well as what would be most beneficial. In a situation where he could have easily said he whatever would have made him the most money, he didn't do that. He was honest, full of integrity and compassionate. When it came time to repair my daughter's car and maintain my vehicle, I knew exactly where to go. Once again, I was met with kindness and knowledge by the owner, his front desk staff and his master technicians. The employees seem happy and to respect the owner, which is a sign of good leadership and a positive work environment. Every interaction I've had with this establishment has been positive and I highly recommend. They have earned my business and my respect.

I broke my wife’s 2020 AMG C63S Mercedes shifter over Christmas. Mercedes didn’t have time to fix and the cost was outrageous. I called Galaxy and they ordered the parts and repaired everything within a few days. They were very professional and pricing was very reasonable. I will be a Lifetime Customer and Highly Recommend using them.

I used to take all my cars to get an oil change there frequently. until I sent my 16 year old to get one they told him that coolant was going in his oil they gave him an immediate price of 7000 dollars to fix it and when he said he was going to take it home to talk to us they tried to scare him telling him he won’t make it home. I went to 2 other mechanic shops just to be sure they all told me everything looked good. Never going to this place again thought they where honest people.

I would never go here again. I took my car here to get my breaks and rotors replaced. It was $600. When I left the car was still squeaking. I eventually took it back and they wanted to charge me again for the same brakes and rotors, I said no because they just replaced them. The replaced the same ones and now they tell me it’s the calibers for another $600. I took my car here for an inspection on a different occasion and they told me they would fail me because my wipers and I had to get them replaced to pass. Stay away from here!

This place really takes care of you and doesn’t make you wait a super long time and always willing to work with you on payment. Always feel in good hands when we have brought our cars to them. They treat you like family and won’t give up looking for the issue on your car. They remember every customer and always have a good environment. I came in with a relatively simple issue, I had a broken wheel stud. I was quoted $150 +$120 per hour it would take to resolve. I was able to replace the part for only $70 and it took me, a novice, about 4 hours to fully replace all 5 studs and the brake drum. This place is a scam and I would not recommend going here unless you have money to blow. Just do it yourself or find a more honest business.

The Staff at Galaxy are absolutely amazing. VERY accommodating, professional, and fix your vehicle the correct way, the first time. They are very communicative, do not try to "upsell" the customer, instead, they make recommendations to upcoming needed maintenance and repairs. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and once again, the office staff, and Owner are great, on site, and ready to answer any questions the customer has. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone in need of automotive repair that is priced fairly, repaired with integrity, and correctly. I've been in this business over 30 years, and THIS is the facility I would want to be if I were still in the shop environment!
