This is now the third time I’ve been to this car wash and paid for the premium wash to get not even 75% of what I paid for. The inside not wiped down. Water spots all on the outside. No scent. Well that’s the last time.

I arrived at the car wash about 1045. Hardly no one was there two cars ahead of me. 2 arrived after me. I left to eat breakfast next door. 40min later everyone that was there was gone. The 2 cars behind me were just finished and they started on other cars. Meanwhile my truck was sitting outside the carport in the sun untouched all dry and spotted up my truck is black. I ask why my truck hasn't been completed. They were pointing at the other cars they're about to start on. I got in my truck and left. The last time I was there I paid for a total detailing. My truck was spotted rims dirty and my decal was broken off. I will never go there again.

Not only was the actual wash subpar, they overcharged me. After realizing I was overcharged during the car wash, I decided to ask who I can only assume is the horrible manager that other reviews mention for help. This interaction went as expected when incompetent managers are involved. In nutshell, the receipt his own employee gave me wasn't enough. He wanted me to "prove" I paid for the car wash by getting my card out of the car to match up the last four numbers. So instead of apologizing for overcharging me, and attempting to rectify the mistake, I was essentially accused of being a car wash bandit. The employee that helped me at the kiosk, who had to go inside to get a receipt for me mind you, looked me and the manager in the eyes and said he didn't ring me up. THERE'S LITERALLY CAMERA FOOTAGE OF YOU PUTTING MY CARD IN THE MACHINE, HANDING IT BACK TO ME, AND YOU RUNNING INSIDE TO SUBSEQUENTLY BRING ME A RECEIPT. Why lie about something so stupid and very easily provable? Likely because he'd get in trouble for knowing I was overcharged but not saying anything. So after refusing to dignify the managers accusation, I ended up leaving. Hopefully this review makes A LOT of people decide to go elsewhere. Weird way to run a business into the ground. I'll be posting this across every site imaginable.

The inside was half vacuum, the outside was half wiped. It wasn't the bugs on the front hood and bumper it was that they didn't even wipe the bumper. There was other places as well that i pointed out to the man. This isn't the first time I complained. The man that first approached me to check me in was not on the same page as the other guy one tell me to move here the other said move somewhere else, there could've been an accident because it was busy. Thanks for responding.

First and last time using this business. Initial start of the visit was great, nice, friendly check-in, nice friendly cashier. Then they locked my keys in my car. I was concerned about damage to my door seals when they were unlocking it and brought my concerns to the manager. Thomas who was extremely rude shrugged off my concerns. Didn't apologize for the situation or the fact that I was delayed there for about 15 minutes while they tried to figure it out. The Wash attendant didn't even clean my passenger side windows or mirror. Water spots and some kind of smeared stuff definitely overpriced and horrible service Overall 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The car was left clean, but with a horrible smell that makes me not even want to get in. That wet towel smell won't go away, it smells like they cleaned my car with a dirty sock. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE!!! The odor sticks to my hair and clothes. 🤮🤮🤮

This is my second visit. The attendant was not very good at explaining the different washes so I just went ahead with the ocean view. This is the second to highest wash. The attendant asked if I wanted the dash and wheel cleaned. Yes please. Didn't mention this was an additional $8! After an hour of waiting I got the car. Outside looked fine. Inside the dash and doors had been wiped down but not the wheel. Looking in the back the seats had not been touched. Thanks to my toddler this is why I came in! So disappointing. I got out and asked the attendant about the lack of cleaning and he said I would have needed to get the $45 wash! Seriously! Not returning. Lots of new competition in the area that I'll try instead.

Let me tell you guys about Jason!! A man of his word! I came here about a year ago and spent over 100 bucks for a detail! I came back today and spoke with Jason! I told him I had a horrible experience and was giving them another shot. He simply said, “I got you”! I said okay Jason if it’s not right I’m coming to you! It’s better than alright! Jason is the real deal! I will be back and every time I will ask for him. Thank you Jason!!! They delivered on everything you promised! When you guys come, I can’t speak for no one else but ask for Jason!! He’s gonna make sure you leave with a smile on your face and get what you pay for!!! Thanks Jason and I will see you soon!!

Not what I would expect for +$100. I purchased a full interior service that included seat washing and floor conditioning. They left pools of water under each of my seats and didn't bother to wipe off beaded water. My floors were still dirty and they left towels on my windshield. If you're looking for attention to detail, don't come here.

Kwik Kar & Ocean Wash has a full-time mechanic. They do oil changes and car inspections. You get a free car wash with oil change. Its always a treat to have a car cleaned after being serviced. There are clean restrooms, snack machines, free coffee comfortable seating and tall table to eat at if you are stuck here. There is a tv in the large lunge for your entertainment. There is also outdoor seating. These guys don’t charge you for hooking your car up so see what is wrong with it. I had been going to Firestone and they always ask for $100 up front before they look at your car. The more I come here the more I come back. Try it out if you live in Shadow Creek or Southern Trails. Its in the neighborhood.

NEW MANAGEMENT 2023. This used to be the only place I took my vehicle to get serviced and cleaned. However, over the last few months I have seen a definite decrease in services and the way customers are treated has declined significantly. This morning I went in to get an oil change and I expected to have my filter changed as well but usually the service people come out and go over a whole list of items that are good or need attention. This time they only pointed out three things that "it was time to service." Based on my previous trust in this company and location, I told him to go ahead and my bill came to over $400. After leaving, I looked up prices at other locations and they were about 20% lower. In addition, the free car wash that comes with the services is a very minimal car wash. I knew my car needed heavier vacuuming so I asked for the upgraded car wash. About 15 minutes later, I was called back to the bay area by the attendant who told me that they needed to detail my car and I needed to pay additional money. I told him I did not want a detailing. I just wanted a heavy vacuuming. The car wash person came out and started saying that my car was not appropriate for that service but I insisted and kept to what I wanted and the car wash was totally fine. I'm glad I didn't listen to him and purchase a much more expensive service. It's very unfortunate because even after moving further away from this location, I kept coming back here for the last 3 years and now this has pushed me to look for a different place.

Where do I start? First, I paid for the “super” interior and exterior clean ($50), but my car was brought out in 15 minutes. I knew instantly I didn’t get what I paid for. The young woman who drove it out must have realized it too, because she was yelling, flailing her arms, and then jumped back in my vehicle and peeled off to the back. How is she just going to drive off in somebody else’s car mad like that? Now I’m mad. I walked to the back, told her it was my vehicle, and asked what was going on and why she was driving it like that. She didn’t respond...not once, not twice. A young man stepped in and said they hadn’t detailed it yet. By the time I turned back around, she was gone. That’s when I noticed my license plate was damaged and falling off. Then, he asked if my plate had screws when I brought it in...an insulting question on multiple levels (I’ll spare the patriarchal commentary for now). I told them my car better come back looking like nothing had happened. I waited another hour and a half. The whole time, I was looking for that woman, but she never showed her face again. They eventually fixed my plate so it “looked” like nothing happened, except it’s still bent and the holder is damaged. When I finally spoke with the manager, he said he’d “talk to her” and that he prides himself on customer service. Honestly, I want to be the one to talk to her. Ocean Car Wash will never see me again. To think I almost paid for monthly service today.

I specifically requested a hand wash for my Porsche Taycan but it is clear they ran it through the automatic machine instead. My paint now has noticeable swirl marks, and even soap residue on the back of my car. They also messed up my tire pressure which is unacceptable and potentially unsafe. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail. I won’t be returning and I would not recommend this car wash to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I’ve read numerous reviews about cars getting damaged here over the years, and it finally happened to me. While going through the dryers of the car wash, the heat shattered my mirror!!! To make matters worse, corporate is not answering or returning any phone calls to rectify this. We used to be loyal customers for over 7 years. We will be finding another business ASAP.
