Everyone has been nice that works here. That being said, I’m pretty frustrated with the wait. I was quoted 10 days to repair a side mirror, side window and a tail light. I’ve been waiting 16 days and counting. I am not one who usually writes reviews but am not satisfied with the Customer service. I had to keep calling and asking for updates.

I took my 2016 Audi to the shop so they could repair my bumper. The work was done in a timely manner, my car looks new like it left out of the dealership new! The Owner of the shop David was very friendly and treated me like family, the office was very cozy and the free coffee was a plus. To the reviewers below that gave one star it sounds like you are posting SPAM and not fair to the business. I will recommend this shop to all my friends, great job and will come again.

They repaired my car door, washed and cleaned my car.The Insurance co took, me and the repair shop through so much to get them paid. They were very nice didn’t charge me any storage fees.I had to take it for a minor adjustment,they stand behind there work and with a smile.The adjustment was done today.Thank you Phil and Mr.Rosa!! David Rosa is an honest and hardworking gentleman. He made my experience so smooth and easy. Dealing with a car incident is already stressful and to be able to find someone that can make the process smoother is amazing. He also charged me $200 less than what my deductible was. His work is backed with a warranty and he keeps you updated on every end. I would definitely recommend him for any car issue.

Wonderful business! They have water and coffee for customers in a cozy waiting area. Owner was very kind as was his nephew! Had a vehicle inspection done and it was quick and easy. They also filled my tires free of charge! 10/10 will be coming here for all my vehicle related needs. :)

We came in for an estimate and talked to David and he was very helpful. Without charging us anything he took a look at the car and even kept in storage for awhile until insurance inspector looked at it. Take in mind this took up his time and even so, he still didn’t charge us and helped out with the car and gave us great advice. I fully recommend this collision center as they’re an honest place of business and when in need of questions they respond immediately and act quickly as opposed to other places!!

Had a small dent on the passenger side door of my Audi Q5. I’m very picky about where I bring my car. I didn’t feel like going all the way to Katy for the BMW/Audi repair shop, so I decided to take a leap of faith after reading reviews about David’s body shop; I’m really glad I did. He was able to get the parts quickly, worked with my insurance, and he had my car done extremely quickly. He was very transparent about costs and he worked hard to have my car done in a timely manner with my travel and work schedule. Audis have a ton of different sensors on them, so when I picked it up & went to drive off, I noticed one of the sensors must have been missed. He offered to pay for a rental for another day for me, which was super kind. I just came back another day to have them take care of it and they had it done in under an hour. Really great team, great customer service, and do their best to take care of their customers. I’ll be back if I ever need work done! My baby looks great again.

I have used DAVID AUTO shop twice. The first was to repair a Hyundai Kona in July 2022, which was involved in an accident where the rear door was destroyed. The car was repaired and painted and was like new. The color was matched exactly and the assembly details were excellent. My Nissan Rogue was recently (December 2025) repaired and painted due to some dents on the front, again the color was very well applied. The direct relationship with its owner, Mr. David, is wonderful and gives a lot of confidence. Prices are reasonable and delivery time was sooner than expected.

I was referred to David Auto Collision by my insurance company after my truck was broken into here in Pearland. 3 1/2 months later my truck is still needing repairs and I'm considering changing insurance companies for suggesting this place. They replaced one truck window (with a different kind of tint), never replaced the glass in the campershell, and did more damage to the paint than the people who broke into the truck. The lack of pride in their work and attention to detail is astounding.

David's Auto in Pearland did a magnificent job repairing my 2018 Nissan Rogue after an accident messed up the front end. NOW it looks brand new. Initially, the front bumper was barely hanging on.
