I spent around 25 waiting for a customer service personnel at the front desk and nobody show up then I decided to call and nobody answer the phone, they were inside the the shop looking at me trough a little window on the door between the shop and the front desk

Absolutely ridiculous. No one was available to help me because no one showed up for work when the tire center was supposed to be open at 8 am. They told me try back this afternoon. I only wanted a quote and there wasn’t a single person who could help me. Just sad.

Y’all need to hire some more people in the auto center. Nobody answers the phone, it takes 25-30 minutes just to get help in the actual store, and I only seen 2 people working in the auto center!!!! This is ridiculous. Shouldn’t take forever and 3 days to get my battery recharged that KEEPS DYING!

I wish i could give 0 stars. Understaffed and overbooked. Had an appointment and after 6 hours they told me they couldn’t take my tire off. Do NOT recommend at all. Horrible.

So I recently purchased tire from Sam’s on 8/7/24 got them installed 8/14/24. Everything seems to be fine but on 8/15/24 I started to lose air in my driver rear tire. I saw there was a pin size hole near the outside of my tire. I immediately took my car to Sam’s to have the check my tire. I was told that at 4:30 that they might not be able to get to me but they would take me as a walk-in. So the guy told me to park my car which I did. Then he saw me with my door open waiting and told me that I needed to come in after I had been waiting for like 45min. Then I waited for 2 and a half hours just to tell them that we can’t get to you today and by this time my tire is completely flat. The sale associate apologized but stated that they are shot staff and it was one two of them working today. I felt that unexceptional when I had been there since 4:30. I get that the are short staffed but at this point there was one where else for me to take my vehicle plus I had just purchased there tires. I cried because I didn’t know what to do or where to go to get my tire fixed. But the salary management made it right and helped me out.But they definitely need more then two people working.

VERY understaffed all the time! Got a flat? Hope you can wait a few days. Need a rotation? Same story. Used to not be like this. On a weekend, 3 empty bays and they can't help you without an appointment due to lack of staff. Last set of tires I'll ever purchase from Sam's!

I had the opportunity to use their service for battery check and tire balancing and rotation. I monitored both services and let me tell you both were performed extremely well. I'm impressed with the attention and meticulous care of every small detail. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan and his manager Tish. Bryan is a great mechanic and extremely professional. Go try him next time you want to get those services done. Also, let me tell you one more thing, they have a system in place for scheduling and if you use the system and be little patient, it will work in your favor. Always schedule your service and then head that way with some extra time. Good service requires good people and ample time to get the job done right. Sometimes they may be a little short handed for various reasons and it may take longer but rest assured they will take care of you and the business extremely well.

To begin with, the woman in the battery section, or whatever her name is, is very bad at her job and demanding, even though I'm the one buying. Besides, I don't understand why I have to keep my receipt. You, Sam's Club, have a membership and an app on my phone that shows what I bought and when, so why do you need my receipt? Walmart, with my card, can track what I buy, and they have better prices on batteries. I'll upload every battery I buy here so I don't lose the receipt. I've already bought about 10 of them and I don't have the receipt for any of them.
