Doesn't know anything about cars and relies on their inaccurate system too much. They don't have the part we were looking for, so the sales rep tried to find another part that was similar. However, the amount of basic knowledge the auto store worker had on cars baffled me: "Is a 2002 Miata a Mitsubishi or a Nissan?" "The part you're looking for doesn't work for your car, it's only for manuals." "Are you sure your 2002 Mazda Miata is a manual not an automatic?" Lol! He was nice though, just not knowledgeable at all.

I called asking for form fitted oil hoses and a woman ask me to hold without explanation. 8 minutes later. I hung up with the assumption she doesn't know too much about the products in her store. Called back...the line was picked up and immediately disconnected.

I went to this NAPA location because it was the nearest one to me at the time. Connie was so helpful, although she didn't have my parts in stock, she called other stores to see if they had stock. We had no such luck. Connie was so eager to help me, I believe she went Above and Beyond normal customer service. I really appreciate service like that, I will still order what I need from her location in Pearland. 5 star rating for excellent service and outstanding customer relations. Great experience!!

First of all lets start with i was having a bad day. Car problems dam my bucket was overheating didn't have a clue why. Drove to napa walked in was greeted by Luis told him my issue he went out check it out was very knowledgeable told me thermostat was stuck took a look recommended a belt got me the right parts lend me tools got me taken care off. If you guys want good a1 service from someone who knows there stuff not just trying sell u stuff go visit Luis he know his stuff great service will be coming back.
