These guys are cool, but only when you’re talking numbers. I’ve took my car too them bc of a recent fender bender i had, the insurance was giving us the run around and they were patient through the entire process. They gave me an estimate and got me fixed, but i started noticing, there was a noise coming from the car from the same spot i got hit at. I was thinking, “oh, it just got fixed so this sound will go away”. several months later, i took my car to them to put wd-40 on that area, again because the car obviously JUST got fixed and I haven’t been in an accident or hit a CURB since, so it’s minor, only for them to tell me, that i have an axle issue, something with the frame and fender this & that. None of which was brought up when they fixed my car initially. Then of course they tried to run it up on me again. This was my first and last time dealing with them because, if i’m taking my car to you for an insurance claim you’re supposed to make sure everything is fixed inside and out not just on the outside 👎🏿.

First of all, they gave us one of the lowest quotes out of five quotes. The job they did was exceptional. It was fast and I felt like I was working with very honest people. Thank you very much for a job well done. I will definitely come back for any body or window work needed.

I would not return to this shop nor would I recommend it. Actually I recommend you avoid it. It took them 3 attempts to do the paint job because every single time they worked on the portion that needed painting, another area of the vehicle got "magically" damaged, so you have no choice but to return and pay them more to do more work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and paid them more for the area that "somehow" got damaged when they did the work the first time. I went to pick up the car this last time and guess what: there suddenly is another large area that was perfectly fine before I dropped the vehicle this last time and now is "magically" damaged. If you ever decide to use them anyway, make sure to take pictures of the entire vehicle so they do not pull this same stunt on you. Sad way of doing business.

Took my 2005 Ford focus ZX5 that has been w me since I got it new while stationed overseas last month after backing into of our work trailers in a crowded yrd. Oscar and his team fixed the hatchback and installed a new rear glass panel at a reasonable price in a short period of time. Really glad to know this type pf business is still around. Highly recommend this body shop.

Well, the same day I purchased this 2002 Thunderbird (which was in great shape) got involved in the wrong end of a minor accident. Driving towards home I looked up local collision shops and saw the good reviews and close proximity and rolled right on in. Talked with Carlos, the owner, and felt comfortable enough to leave it that day for an estimate. A couple of things to keep in mind for this car are that due to it's limited numbers, parts are not exactly plentiful. At my behest, I asked that used parts be considered as well. They did their best to locate quality used parts, but in the end OEM was the way to go. It meant a long wait for parts, but we knew they would be correct and in perfect shape. Also, as the hood, drivers side fender and bumper cover were being replaced, decided to respray the entire car for a more consistent look. While it did take longer than I hoped (dues to parts availability) the end result looks fantastic (slight recolor from black to a black metallic pearl) and everything was back to the way it was when I bought it.

Not only did they do a great job repairing my truck, but they were super quick and didn’t charge extremely high! I went to Maaco first and he wanted to charge me a ton and also told me it would take him two weeks. These guys did it for cheaper and I had my truck back within four days! I highly recommend them.

I can only say Custom Auto II is THE place you will go if your car needs some love, they are fast and fair price, and most of all professional. Attached is a before and after pics of my car. They really nailed it. I brought it to the shop the other day and they had it ready the next morning, all the parts are painted and dry and match my existing paint. Great work, thank you Custom Auto II I really appreciate it.

Smashed into a pole at work and called around for estimates. These were the cheapest in town. They drove me home after dropping.my car off on a Saturday and they called that next Thursday in the morning to pick it up. I was expecting boat repair times to be honest and was thinking 2 weeks in my mind. They even touched up some scratches for free I forgot to mention about after I payed. This was a non insurance claim and was more than happy with the work and cost. Thanks guys.

A lady hit my car and she didn’t want to be responsible for the accident; so I took the car with Mr Vaquerano and he was very understanding and gave me an affordable quote, but fortunately the other parties’ insurance accepted the claim and handled the appraisal for the repairs of the damages, the other party didn’t take responsibility for one small dent on the rocker panel but the shop still fixed it for me, Mr.Vaquerano stands by his work and will always provide quality results. The insurance estimated the repair would take 7 days but Mr.Vaquerano’s shop had the car ready in 4 days. My car looks great, even if the paint was old , they matched it exactly… no signs of the accident left Thanks so much !! One more time this shop did not disappoint, I’m a happy and grateful customer. And believe me this is a honest paint and collision repair shop.

Beautiful job on my new 2021 Dodge Charger. These guys are by far the fastest around, honestly I have no idea how they do it, it truly is miracle work. See for yourself the repair they did for only $500. Service King quoted me around $1000 and another place was around $850. And what’s better… the repair only took one day! I had them go back to fix extremely minor things that were visible only to me (I’m very OCD about my car) and they happily did so, even a few days after they did the repair. I will definitely be going here for any future repairs I have if I’m in town. I was extremely sad after I scratched the side of my car up, it had several deep scratches and a small dent on it too… I thought it would never look good as new again and I was so self-conscious about driving it. Everyone was very nice and friendly when I came in. I feel like I can trust them with my car anytime. Daniel quoted me within ten minutes of me being there and I brought my car in the next morning before work. The next day, on my lunch break I picked it up!

Completely not satisfied. Confusing conversations on the phone about price. Paid 1084$!! Just for the bumper cover. Nothing fixed and now I need to patch my tire I just bought. And drove with my sensor still broken and dashboard warnings about it along with low pressure. Unbelievable! I BETTET GET SOME KIND OF SOLUTION TO FIX THIS. I'm not taking my one star off unless something is done.

Brought my car in to get a spoiler reapplication and minor repair, after it flew off while driving at highway speed down SH 288. Piece of cake for these guys (could've been done same day had it not been for claims dragging their feet), however, that had nothing to do with Custom Auto. Excellent work by Oscar and his guys! Horrible work! The owner is extremely greedy. He kept feeding me lies after lies. I should have never showed him the estimate from the insurance company for the pay off of my car because he took the entire amount. He couldn’t figure out how to get the two warning lights off my dashboard for the headlight. He had my car for over a week and still need more time to figure it out. And the work he did is falling apart. If you have a nice car do not go to this place. He rushes and does terrible work.
