Great service. Reasonable time. Rotated my tires in the pattern I requested instead of normal pattern. This was the day Storm Beta started bringing heavy rain and waiting area was flooding under window casing. Staff were diligent about mopping every 15 min. and put yellow cone on area

So I'm here now dealing with Tre (the short guy with the orange hair). He is so very unprofessional, untruthful, and rude! He told me I will not pass inspection with wipers that were just changed by this same location. But when I said ok, i will go somewhere else for the inspection he then comes back and says hey the wipers are good so let's go ahead with inspection and oil change. After he just, not even a minute ago, looked straight in my face and said they were really bad. I feel he was trying to take advantage of me. He kept trying to say this is bad, this is bad. But these are things that I know I just had replaced. Its ridiculous that women can't get their car serviced w/o being taken advantage of. I would like to thank the manager Angel and the other guy Lynn for being such a pleasure and so very professional so I'll add 2 more stars for them as I did leave feeling a lot better about this place. Thanks you two!

1) high pressure to replace filters, and they didn't even have them in stock. 2) paid for service, and waited 7 minutes for the staff person to conclude her personal conversation so I could get my car. 3) charged for top off service, I was under the impression that was part of the oil change 4) didnt have the option to stay in my car, even though the sign offered it and I was visibly mobility impaired. I am VERY displeased with this interaction.

The worst experience I have ever had a Jiffy Lube in over 10 years going there. I was the only car in the shop and it took over an hour to do an oil change. I was charged $9.99 for shop supplies and when I ask what shop supplies were used the employee told me the $9.99 was for the tools that were used. Since when do shops charge for tools being used? I have always gotten my vehicle vacuumed included in the service so today when I got my vehicle back I noticed it was not vacuumed so I asked the lady why it was not vacuumed? She said we only vacuume by request. So I said ok I am requesting a vacuum. Then the assistant mgr comes over and says we don’t offer vacuuming any longer. So which is it upon request or not at all? It was 5:30 pm and they close at 6 and there was a car that just arrived for service. No discount for it taking an hour and no vacuuming. I did not see them top off my fluids or check my tire pressure. Bad for business Jiffy Lube. I will never use Jiffy Lube again and will make sure to spread the experience I had.

Service was good, but the skip plate wasn’t secured back correctlyso I had to come back and get it fixed. Took time out of my day that I absolutely did not have to give. Very inconvenient.

Dishonest business! Took my fleet vehicle in for an oil change today. Since it’s a fleet vehicle I didn’t pay attention to the receipt until after I left. Charged for both wipers replaced ($80)…still the old wipers on the truck. Charged for a tire rotation ($30)…I didn’t see them lift the truck much less take any of the tires off. I’m all for charging the fleet company for everything they’ll pay for, but do the work you say you’re doing. This is just fraud. That is also not my signature. I will NOT be returning to this location…AND they don’t even refill the windshield wiper fluid!

Went to get vehicle inspection went fine/paid invoice/ said paperwork on the dash...till went to get my sticker at county gave me wrong paperwork and not in data base....30 minutes in line at county, over 30 on inspection. Then 30 minutes on phone with jiffy. Lube trying to figure it out.....now they said fixed via computer ....back in line at county for another 30 minutes I guess ...not good experience.
