The staff here are professional, detailed, & helpful. I had an issue with my tire pressure being low suddenly and I had a job interview scheduled within the next 2 hours. The folks at Rooster Ridge Car Care were quick to help me and check me in to see what was wrong with my tires. For context, it was super cold that morning and that I had also ran over road debris the night prior (so I wasn't sure if there was a nail in my tire or not). They quickly inflated my tires & inspected it, confirming no major punctures were noted. I was able to make it to my interview without worrying if my car would get a flat tire enroute. I plan to come back here in the future for any repairs or check ups moving forward.

have nothing but great things to say about this company. I was recommended to Rooster Ridge and told to ask for Maxwell, and I’m so glad I did. I called ahead to explain the issue with my car, and he told me to come right in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. They quickly inspected my car and explained exactly what was wrong. Maxwell took the time to walk me through everything in a clear, straightforward manner. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend Rooster Ridge and Maxwell if you want quality service you can trust.

My son and i were driving home from IAH airport from dropping family off from spring break. We were still 45 minutes from home when our alarm in our truck went off for a flat tire . It was steadily losing air , and on top of that my dash was already sporting the maintenance required icon because i was 500 over on an oil change. They close at 7 we arrived at 5:55 and they had three vehicles in the bays and another they were working on just outside the garage. Not only did they take us in no questions asked aside from vehicle history and what we’d like to get achieved, but they stayed nearly two hours late with a skeleton crew to ensure we could get home safely . WITH AN OIL CHANGE 🤎 They carried great customer service through it all. They could have shut the doors and sent us thumbing. But they didn’t. To add they didn’t charge extra because of staying open late. Their prices were better than what is offered in southern / coastal Brazoria county . They put their lives and their family’s lives aside, during spring break might i add, to take care of a customer . Their efforts did not go unnoticed . I am super grateful i stumbled across a mechanic / garage that still produces an old timey end profit relative to services rendered accompanied by authentic want , care , and drive. To everyone who stayed late for us yesterday… thank you. Thank you for keeping humanity in your job and serving your transient community to the highest level. After having a crazy awful experience at Walmart at 7am this morning I searched for another tire shop to get a plug on a tire and came across this place. Maxwell and John were freaking excellent. I live 1 mile away and this place has never popped up. Thank God it did today. Maxwell and John turned what was about to be a bad morning thanks to Walmart tire into a really good morning. Thanks again I appreciate the positive attitudes, great customer service, and you guys fixing my tire with no hassle! No I was not paid to leave a positive review they were just honestly and genuinely great! 100%

Rooster Ridge Car Care (Pearland) 1714 I am filing this complaint regarding the damage to my 2022 Nissan following a diagnostic service performed by this business. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic inspection. At the time I dropped it off, my car was running perfectly fine with no power steering issues. Shortly afterward, I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes. That 30 minutes turned into approximately an hour and a half. . After this delay, I was informed that my vehicle was no longer in the same condition as when I dropped it off. The power steering was completely non-functional. I drove my vehicle to the shop without any issues, but due to the condition it was returned to me in, I was forced to have it towed because it was unsafe to operate. The shop acknowledged that the vehicle had been running well prior to their service. However, after their diagnostic work, my car was significantly damaged. I drove my car to the shop myself, at the end they have to tow my vehicle from their facility to a Nissan dealership for further inspection and repair. My main concern is the lack of accountability. The business did not take responsibility for the damage or offer a satisfactory resolution. As a result, I have incurred expenses, potential repair costs, and significant inconvenience and stress. I am requesting that the business take full responsibility for the damage caused to my vehicle and reimburse me for all related towing and repair expenses. I am considering legal action if this matter is not resolved appropriately. I hope this complaint will lead to a fair resolution and prevent other customers from experiencing a similar situation

Were very caring and did not just want to make a buck, Arian was also very nice. Had questions post service and they were more than happy to help over the phone. Manager Maxwell and his staff is friendly and very professional. My car hood was unlocked but still could not open, Max and his staff tried many way to manage to open it without any hesitation, turned out the latch physical bend to block the hood from opening. With the simple oil change, all points inspections were done throughly, it was a good experience. Highly recommend their service, need more publicity.

Both times ive taken my truck here for inspections the person at the desk was well spoken, courteous and acknowledged me right away. This last time I called ahead to make sure they were able to do inspections and the gentleman on the phone (max i think) asked for my name and vehicle and said they would keep an eye out for me. Excellent customer service and they got me in and out. Came in due to a few lights coming on. I was told exactly what was needed, the cost (including taxes), and the wait time upfront. Also, I usually avoid using the restroom when I take my car in for service anywhere because it's usually not clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the restroom was very clean. There are also two waiting rooms that provide a comfortable space to relax while you wait. Thank you!

Ethan was phenomenal from start to finish! I was considering other shops in the area, but after speaking with him he assured me that his team would be able to take care of my car’s needs. They diagnosed my car and gave me an honest assessment. I dropped the car off for repairs and went to finish my shift at work. Ethan and Dwayne went took the time out and dropped my car off for me since I had no way of getting to them after hours! Ethan even worked with my budget and told me the best services for my car at the time. Prioritizing the most important. The customer service here was next level. I really appreciated them doing that for me. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back for any future services.

Honest, high integrity, mechanic shop: these folks are honest and let you see what they’re doing to your car as they do it. if they see anything that’s wrong they’ll show it to you and give a fair and accurate recommendations. Their repair work is very high-quality. Warranties are honored without hastle and fixed extremely quickly. Work I’ve had them so far: 2015 Lexus - Replace front and rear struts - Replace control arms - Tire alignment - Engine light on (turns out gas cap wasn’t tightened, no charge) - leaking oil = valve cover gasket replacement 2023 Sienna - tire warning light (Replaced signal receiver. As warranty no cost replaced all valve stems)

The car basically needed a complete now suspension setup, but they were able to complete it in a single day. I am really appreciative they were able to do so as I was only in town for the weekend. Just can’t beat the convenience of a quick oil change on a Saturday without worrying about taking time off from work. Staff is extremely friendly and service is impeccable. They have always been welcoming and accommodating on walk in requests. They work on European cars as well and that saved me the time and money going to the dealership to get work done on my car. Prices are extremely reasonable as well and the staff is very honest. A couple of years back I had a blown rear brake light bulb that was a little tricky to replace and they didn’t charge me a single cent for the service despite me insisting on charging something for the mechanic’s time. The most consistently honest car repair shop that I have been to in the Houston area and I am glad they are close to my neighborhood. Happy customer.
