I go to get my oil changed and I've BEEN having issues with my truck starting for months. I thought it was the starter or something because I just bought this battery last year. Anyway they check and it's the battery. He's like I have a $250 battery for you. I'm like I have a warranty, I'll take care of it. Long story short they were like start the truck. It starts. Turn it off....start the truck again. It won't start. He's like I didn't do it! I'm like I know. So everyone is standing there just watching the truck not turn on and I stop trying and they are all just standing there. He's still trying to sell me this battery. I'm like look, I didn't come here to spend $120 for an oil change, let alone $400 and I told you I have a warranty. Why do I eventually have to be like, y'all can't just jump start me? So he asks them to find the device to jump start me and the truck starts right back up. I went straight to AutoZone and they confirmed the battery was bad and they swapped it out for free, even though Valvoline was saying they were just going to prorate the cost of a replacement battery.

Had (3) services performed: Differential fluid change, Radiator flush and fill, and emissions testing. All car bays were full mind you. In and out in about 45 minutes...Absolutely outstanding. Will only take my vehicle to Valvoline for services they render. The competitors can waste someone else's time and money.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years on all vehicles. There was one time they didn’t have my air filter. They said I could buy one outside and bring it to get installed for free for the inconvenience. Amazing crew, in and out really fast. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just came to oil change with my oil and filter First they made prices from no where this is number one the prices different from different locations in state of Texas! Gentlemen who do the job was polite but the manager comes with the attitude and basically tell me if I don’t like something I can go to somewhere else!!! First and last time in this place! And last thing !!! they’re also tried to charge me $60 or replace my air filter with a two screws Job

I drive from Alvin to this location! Truly the best around! Been having trouble with my battery they fixed it with no issue.
