I am not one to usually post reviews but I feel like the world needs to know that this an amazing auto shop! I had a headlight socket and headlight bulbs that needed replacing and the work was very fast and the rates are incredibly reasonable. I don’t have hundreds I can drop on a vehicle and I feel like I can come here and won’t get upsold or effed over. The shop manager, Jerel, was very polite and honest with me and when he noticed my tires were low after the initial repair he brought my car back into the shop and filled them up for me and little things like that always means a lot. This place seems to truly care about their clients and they just earned themselves a new one. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that worked on my vehicle but he was very nice and fun to talk to as well. And incase you didn’t know, because I didn’t, they do detailing as well! When the time comes I’m definitely getting my car detailed here. What a wonderful spot to go!

So I have a flat tire and I go there at 7 in the morning when they open and they tell me that their tire delivery won't be there until about 9-9:30. We'll I have no choice but to stay there because I don't wanna drive on a flat. Sure I'll stay and wait no problem. 10 o clock comes and my car hasn't even been brought in yet. I ask the guy about my car. He calls the people who were supposed to deliver tires and they inform him that they don't have a driver tk deliver today. He goes it was weird because they usually call when things like that happen. But it never occurred to him to call himself when the delivery didn't come in. So he drives to st joe and back with my tire and finally get it in. I finally get my car back at 11 30. I'm pissed at this point but I am respectful and polite. I ask for a discount for my troubles and they give me a whole five dollar discount. I get things happen. I'm reasonable. I work in a hotel with entitled guests and sometimes things are out of my control. But to wait 4 and a half hours for a tire (2 and a half hours if you take in the fact I agreed to wait the 2 hours for my tire which I was fine with) and to get a whopping five dollars off is pretty ridiculous and not a way to keep a customer that goes to them all the time.

"The only shop I trust" Honestly, I hear nothing but scam story after scam story about some places, and to everyone of them I recommend they go here instead. I've come here in my time of need multiple times and they give it to me straight, they don't try to upsale or chisel me for more money, they even have given me recommendations on how to get the job done if I didn't go with them. But I always go to them first with my car related needs. Economic rates, friendly service, and honest workers. I can't recommend this place more.

Extremely disappointed with the service of my $150 came in to sit for 4.5 hours to get my car back with nothing done when I had planed on getting a full cleaning and getting lame excuses for place like the stow not cleaned "because we didn't think you used it".Plus they had to play with all the buttons in the vehicle since getting it back it had none of my personal settings on it. In the end you would think they spent more time eating donuts then working for the customer. in the end this place at worth the time and hassle anymore they lost a customer for life.

Staff is friendly. Good place for oil changes. I had breaks done and 4 months later they went bad. I talked to Jarel and he swapped them out no problem under warranty. Would be 5 five but they misdiagnosed an issue I was having, I took to Midas and they said I just needed new tires which fixed the issue. Good shop, I still recommend after 3 years of service.

Took car there for an inspection/diagnosis, and checking my A/C fan, told the clerk the problems and was walking out but realized he never got my number (as beforehand they’d usually call to inform you what they find). Came back and gave him my number, 3 days went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called. Was informed they tried to reach me due to needing more info (not true as I didn’t receive any calls). Didn’t work on the car at all. Not sure what more info was needed as I just wanted an inspection done.

My partner has brought her car here multiple times for oil changes. When we went to do it ourselves, they overtightened the drain plug so bad that we couldn't get it off. I have an injury limiting my strength but I can change my own oil just fine, so I should be able to do this car just fine too, and multiple men in our family with various degrees of tools could not get the drain plug off. I've never seen a drain plug tightened so bad, it was like they tightened it with an impact. Called and complained and they initially tried to tell my partner that "the plug tightens while you drive" then on the second call agreed to fix it. We asked them to do it for just cost of parts, they said they'd "take care of us". When we asked for clarification on if they were agreeing to discount or what they were planning to charge, they repeated "we'll take care of you." My partner brought the car back, they did an oil change, and then said she owed $62.01. which is higher than she's ever paid for an oil change here. They claimed it was a "slight discount" and that prices had increased recently. What about "we'll take care of it"?! They talk on the phone like they're going to fix it free of charge but they're intentionally vague enough to do the work and then charge you full price. There isn't even mention of a discount on the receipt. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, and then they pull a bait and switch when asked to make it right. We'll never bring a vehicle here again. Edit: they called after they saw the review and gave a refund. I'm keeping the review up as it still shouldn't have taken a review for them to do the right thing. We also haven't received the refund yet.

This place is solid. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I’ve had a handful of things done on multiple vehicles here and have had good experiences every time! Also, fun fact, they have a shuttle service if you have to have your vehicle towed in and aren’t able to get a ride. I was running late to work today they told me it would take 30 min but after 40min I checked in and they said they are just starting the oil change. I believe they let other people Infront of me. So I had to waited another 30 min for completion. So I ended up being late to work. They were unprofessional and didn't even apologize. They should keep their promises and deliver on time. people are on a tight schedules.

Jerel went above and beyond when i had tires mounted and balanced i noticed a scuff on the rims after they had been mounted and he personally came out and looked at them on his own time. I understand that things happen and he was extremely understanding about the situation, and made it right for the mistake his team made. I am so extremely grateful that he came out and made it right. I had a great experience at Saint Cloud Quick Lube! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation,I also mentioned I was having a vibration with the front end.the team here is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what they’re talking about.,The technician actually brought me back to my vehicle, explained what was going on, and showed me exactly what was wrong. It was refreshing to see such honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs reliable auto service.

They replaced a lightbulb on the driver side first, Then around 6 days later the other side of my lightbulb wasn’t working so I went to go get it replaced. I have the receipts and after they “changed” it alongside having all of the info on the receipt, my lightbulb stops working again and I go to them asking if the replacement went wrong but the manager himself said that they only fixed one lightbulb after I complained they cheated me out of my money and didn’t provide me with the services even though I paid for two separate lightbulbs with a 6 day interval to get fixed and have the receipts for it, meaning that they have not only cheated me out of my money but also didn’t provide me with the services I paid for.This is shady business that scams its customers and I don’t approve.
