Highway robbers! Beware! Horrible in every way. From customer service to technical services. By far the worst experience of my life... In the below pictures you will see where the lug nuts were not loose, but completely missing on both rear wheels. The used tires they sold me were Firestone Steelteks of which were produced in, but also put out of production in 06'. The year is currently 2019. That makes these tires around 13 years old. It is a safety hazard to drive on anything more six or seven years old. Additionally, the change that I keep in my center console for parking was missing, they replaced part which did not need to be replaced, missed a ball joint that did need to be replaced, completely looked over or forgot about main concerns of mine that were supposed to be looked at, failed to mention that after having the sway bars, CV axels, and new/used tires, that I would need an alignment and tire balance. There were more minor issues like grease all over the paint that I won't get into here. I just wanted to tell other potential auto service customers of my experience with this establishment to warn them of the potential hazards that lie ahead so they choose to have work done by Als Westside Service in Saint Cloud, MN.

Where I stop for fuel every time! While I have never used the shop, I appreciate that they offer Synergy fuels and accept the ExxonMobil app. On these freezing days, being able to stay in my car to pay for fuel on the ExxonMobil app is great! Plus, earning Exxon points helps me save even more at the pump. They offer free air that even shows the current PSI in your tire while filling, so you don't have to stop and check. If you need help with the air, there is just a small $2 charge. Definitely where I'll keep going!

Used to be a great place! Now it's terrible!!! Had to wait over an hour for them to put a tire on my rim. Didn't even change it out with the spare I had on my car. It's been 2 weeks and the tire is flat again. It was flat when I put it on. I will NEVER go there again and will be telling everyone to stay away!!!!

All I did was try to call and ask someone about my vehicle possible prices and if there was a good time I could bring it in and the man who answered the phone was very rude and than hung up on me. I wouldn’t go here.

Fast and efficient service on my 1-ton pickup. Made sure to let me know one side of rear brakes were over 50% still (I knew this because I had recently changed the front caliper and brake line since it was clamped.) Honest and Inexpensive.

I had my rear brakes done at a very fair price, following that the manager noticed that I had a bald tire and gave me a great deal on that to . Took a few minutes for anyone to come out & the man was beyond rude. He pumped fuel & took pymt & walked off, where the full service comes in, I'm confused. With the poor customer service, I prefer to pump my own gas...elsewhere & will. Avoid this place.

Used to be a great place before these new owner came in. Oh my God! $65 oil change, I have never seen like that. I have been customer before the new people came in, and oil change and all services were reasonable. Even the wait time is headache now. I will never come back again. Finding a new place to fix your vehicle when you don't really know where to start can be scary. However, Al's Westside Services provided amazing service and earned a life-time customer today. I read other reviews saying that they would do their best to only fix what actually needed to be fixed avoiding undue expense for their customers, and I can attest to that myself. They called around to make sure they found the parts my car needed at the lowest price, and even though--at my request--Jerry prepared me for the "just in case" cost, the repair ended up being less than anticipated. This is a huge plus. Everyone was polite, kind, and helpful. I didn't have a ride available to take me back home after I dropped off my car, and I didn't have a ride to come pick up my car either once the work was done; the staff at Al's pitched in and gave me a ride to and from the shop. None of this is expected, but it certainly was appreciated! I was so afraid to even have this electrical/wiring work done in my car that I've been avoiding it for a year and only brought it in once it was absolutely necessary. Now, thanks to the staff at Al's, I feel confident taking my car in for other repairs as they surface instead of feeling afraid to even think about it. If you're waiting to get that "thing" fixed because you don't know who to trust or where to go, please take Al's into consideration. Thanks, Al's!!!

DONT GO HERE!!! Totally ruined my aftermarket wheels! These aren’t cheap wheels either, theyre 2 piece wheels. I wish I could attach photos because what they did is messed up. I mean they’re really effed up! Left about 8 large dents on the lip of each wheel from their tire mounting machine. They said it’s “not their fault” and they refused to give my money back or compensate at all. I’ll be seeing them again in small claims court.

I called these nice men crying during my road trip and they told me to come in, they helped me right away and got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Hasi only charged me $20 and completely fixed a bunch of broken pieces underneath my car. He kept saying he just wanted to make sure I got home safe!! I WAS YELLED AT BY THE OWNER BECAUSE I REFUSED TO USE THE FULL SERVICE PUMPS WHERE THEY CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $.28 CENTS PER GALLON. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE KEEP DRIVING GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
