Great prices and product. If you are looking for national brand tires you can't beat the pricing.

They did a good job on my tires. Was pleased with the service. The woman who was working, Brittney, should work on her customer service and maybe try to smile and be a little warmer/friendlier.

I got winter tires put on December 3rd. I took the regular tires out of the car to find one of my hubcaps tucked under them. I checked hubcaps when I left Costco, but failed to notice one wasn’t mine. I live 45 miles away, so returning for them to deal with it is going to take time. I wonder who left without a hubcap. I have had issues in the past with broken hubcaps that fall off after tire service.

Purchased 4 new tires and TPM',s installed by Costco's service technicians. Little over $1000 dollars spent. Should be all ready to go right.... I noticed my dashboard tire pressure said 37 to 39 psi between all 4 tires with nitrogen fill. The factory engineered spec is 30psi front & rear. The costco sticker reminder for your next service even says 30psi front & rear. The service technician handed me the sticker to put it on the window. Isn't that costco's job? The tire pressure spec is also located on the drivers door of the car. So they don't even check the TPM's or check the tire pressure off the lift. Interesting to read the tires owners manual and says under warranty claims, what's not covered "over inflation". These are brand new tires folks! I wanted a manager but instead got a supervisor and told him my problem and if he could help resolve it. A simple fix, lack of oversight. He didn't seem too concerned however the supervisor for the service technicians was sorry. Asked me what do I want the pressure at? I thought the question was awkward, Said 30psi. Did he know? I referred to the service sticker they handed me to put on the car window. Fixed 4 of the tire pressure's, or so I thought. One still read 37psi Left front. I know because the dashboard monitor told me, I even checked it manually when I got home. It was 37psi. I was soooooo frustrated. Sad thing was, it wasn't even busy. I was the only car in the shop at 11:30am to 12 and 4 to 5 guys running around. They literally just don't care. Even the shop supervisor. No time to check work. Schaningans. Takes me 5 sec on the dashboard Monitor. Far from professional. All they do is tires? Definitely service, quality of workmanship and complacency issues. I would like Costco to respond to my post.

Had 4 new tires installed - they tried to upsell me on needing new lug nuts and 3 new TPMS sensors for a total of about $300. While I may or may not have needed these things (I think I did not - just replaced lug nuts 2 years ago) it was the treatment by the tech and the manager that were most upsetting. Totally condescending, rude and disrespectful. I'll not be buying tires there ever again.

I called to see if I could get in to put the tires on I ordered quickly (1045am). I was informed yes I could get in quickly. With the impending snow storm, I took off work and hurried over. Arrived at Costco(1100am) told 2 vehicles are ahead of me, so it will be about a hour each. I asked how that is getting in quickly like I was told in the phone. Rep says we’re not supposed to say that. I say okay, when do you want me back? (Figured I could run errands, get lunch etc.) Rep clicks on his computer 315.....I turned and walked out Disappointed in this interaction. Yes, I do have an appointment on a following date to get my tires changed with Costco as I have the last 5 to 6 sets of tires, but this will more then likely be my last....definitely my last with the Saint Cloud location.

I called ahead of time to see if they had a tire in stock. They said they didn’t, and they’d have to order it. They said I had to come in in person because they needed payment first. No problem. I asked him how much it would be. “I don’t know it’s been a while since I’ve ordered that tire.” Was the response I got. I said, can you look it up on the computer? And the response I got was “ No, I cannot”. I am a simple man, but if you can’t even tell me what the prices are, how on earth are you going to be able to order it, even when I show up. Costco employees are normally very helpful and courteous. I got neither. Good luck to the next person. I’ll go somewhere else.

Honestly, this is the best tire shop I've been to in a long time. Their service is unmatched and the amount of time and care they put into their labor is top notch. I've been a long time customer of discount tire and firestone, Costco has by far the best care and service with access to the highest quality tires and sensor kits. By the way Jade had amazing customer service.

The tire center damaged paint on the rear of our vehicle. They guys were really nice and did a good job on the tires, but this happened. We called when we got home (we went straight home) and saw the pictured damage. When we called the store, a manager said he would review the film. 15min later we get a call back; he said they reviewed the film (1 hour tire job was reviewed in 15min btw) and didn't see their guys do it. They suggest we drive it back in to town a few hours later so they could check it out, they said a carwash we got prior to the job must have done it because it certainly wasn't them..... Filled out some paperwork, where a manager directed us to check a box saying (an employee didn't damage our property). A week later, a third party insurance company that Costco uses for incidents like this, said they can't pay for the damages since they haven't reviewed the film. And since the third party insurance staff are working from home it could be a month or two before they are able to review the film that was sent to them. So keep this in mind if you are shopping around for tires in the St. Cloud area. Would not recommend anyone go through this headache.

I had a tire appointment scheduled here recently, as the last time I had my four tires switched in Tulsa was very fast and a great experience overall. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait, which I understood, as they were very busy, and I could see how packed their schedule was. I checked in about two and a half hours later, and a rep said it would be about 40 minutes more, as they were "balancing the tires" on my car. I checked in again after an hour, to which I was told to wait another 40 minutes. At about 10 minutes to the store closing—after waiting four and a half hours for a job that took under an hour at another Costco—I finally got to go home. I won't be going here for tire changes again. I understand it was busy, but four hours was a bit much of a wait. At least they thanked me for my patience. Try the Baxter Costco location instead for tire service.
