Our car was damaged in an accident- Miller Auto body (we worked mostly with Branden) was fantastic to work with to fix that damage as well as separate damage from a different fender bender. They also found another issue that was unrelated but presented a safety concern if not fixed (so we had that fixed too). Their attention to detail and customer service is top notch - making the whole process very smooth.

Brandon exceeded my expectations, providing exemplary customer service throughout my entire repair process. He managed my insurance covered storm damage & a seperate contract for overdue routine maintenance, making the experience as easy for me as possible, plus facilitating the easy return of my rental vehicle through Enterprise. Miller Auto Body is the only auto body shop we trust. We’ve brought cars here multiple times over the years, and the experience is always outstanding. Scheduling is easy, and they’re incredibly flexible — this last time I forgot my original drop off time, and they were so understanding and let me bring our van in later that day. Their workmanship is phenomenal, and the fact that they warranty their repairs gives us so much peace of mind. Every repair has turned out beautifully, and our vehicles always look great when we pick them up. One thing that really impressed us this time was the loaner van they provided. Without hesitation or even being asked about a van specifically, they made sure one was available for us — knowing we drive a van but not knowing we have three little ones in car seats! It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the van was super nice and made things so easy for our family. The entire staff is wonderful. Richie and Cassie at the front desk are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful every time we call or stop in. Austin took extra time to walk me through the process of going through the other party’s insurance and explain what to expect, which I appreciated more than he knows.
