Extremely hard to get a hold of my service writer. Very little communication. I called over a month ago after I left something in my rental, and still have yet to hear anything back about it.

Lady who checked me in did not give correct information to service department therefore they didn't do the service I requested and then I had to wait longer than expected. The checkout person did make it right

Had an oil change and tire rotation. I have appreciated Toyota’s complimentary maintenance services for my first two years with my new vehicle. Comfortable waiting room and reasonably prompt service. I appreciate the guest Wi-Fi. While waiting, I had a couple of questions for a salesman who was unoccupied and he was helpful. The person checking me out was very friendly and informative about the condition of my vehicle (it’s great). I appreciated the complimentary car wash. Thanks for a good experience!

When I got in my car after the oil change the drivers seat was changed from the way I need it to drive and the skylight panel was open. I takes me forever to adjust the drivers seat so I can safely drive, I want them to leave it alone. I paid to have the oil changed not the position of the drivers seat.

Ben is a saint, salt of the earth (the service manager)... his techs not so much, Rob was very rude and actually quite confrontational at times, would recommend service work there, but only if you go through Ben Becker.

We had our first oil change in the Jeep that was purchased at St. Cloud Toyota. The experience was user friendly from start to finish; I found the dealership easily and the service entrance as well. I left the vehicle and sat in the waiting area and had 3 cups of coffee. 😀 When the service work was done, Sharmeta patiently guided me into the service area where she courteously explained the service work that was done and safety checks. We had a wonderful chat between the service discussions. We recommend St. Cloud Toyota; they have been truthful and kind. If you are lucky enough to meet and chat with Sharmeta, your day will be enhanced!

Service work was great but you have added another step to billing for me. I felt like to get my car back I had to enter all my personal information while standing there instead of swiping my chip card quickly on your credit card machine. This may save your people time but it adds to mine and it irritated me greatly. Now after finishing the survey I touch post and it doesn’t want to send. So now I go back and take even more time to try to figure it out. Oh it was at the gold stars which is at the survey early and not the end where I would expect it to be after answering those specific questions that got me thinking about everything.

Very friendly and helpful. I knew what I wanted. The used car I bought broke a fuel line the day after I bought it. They took care of everything and gave me a loaner to use for the two weeks it took to repair the issue. Great place to go for a used car.

We brought our RAV4 in for its 10,000 mile service and to update software for the rear camera (a recall). Service was fast and all went well, except for some odd alerts that told us to take the vehicle to our dealer. We hadn't left the dealership, so that was easy. Turns out the vehicle merely needed to be driven a bit to clear the alerts. But we didn't know that ....

I was happy with the service i received by Rob and when i first walked in for my oil change. I absolutely loved the option to get shuttled home and back to Toyota. The driver was so personable! The wait when i got in for my oil change was longer than i would have liked but it was worth the wait.

Dropped off Tacoma for undercoating. Austin at Toyota called me and set up appointment. Very friendly and Truck was done when promised. Work was done by Legacy Upfitters in Waite Park. Very happy with the job they did. Felt us was well worth the money.

I have serviced my vehicle at St. Cloud Toyota for the last year and a half, since I bought my vehicle from them. I have not had issues with their service department until this last time. I had brought my car in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and to get a diagnostic of a knocking sound. My appointment was early in the morning. At 3 PM, I still had not heard from anyone so I decided to call and see what the progress was on my vehicle. The first problem was that they told me they didn’t know where my vehicle was and they needed to “locate” it. Major red flag right away. They were going to call me back when they had more information. An hour or so had gone by before I called back to ask where my vehicle was and to get an update on it, along with the noise that we were concerned about. The person I spoke with, I believe his name was Tyler, was not polite and spoke in a very condescending tone. He seemed annoyed that I had caused this problem, when in reality they were 100% liable for this. He also told me the rattling noise was “just some toys from my child’s car seat and a toy that was under my seat rolling around.” I found this to be completely insulting. As a parent, I think I would know what a rattling toy sounds like. The toys they found were 1-2 inches in size, extremely tiny and would not be making a knocking noise regardless where I told them I was hearing the noise. I specifically stated it could be heard on the front passenger side floor when I scheduled the appointment. Tyler just responded with “I don’t know what to tell you,” when I brought up these concerns. No apology. I called back to speak to a manager and he was much more polite, so that I did appreciate, however he was clearly confused about the whole situation and it was likely never brought to his attention. He was able to have a different service member look at my vehicle the following day, who I normally work with, Mo. Mo had done a fantastic job as far as getting a diagnostic completed on the knocking noise, which ended up being a couple of struts that needed to be replaced. He did a great job getting it fix asap and was great to work with. Upon getting our car back, I went to touch my steering wheel to drive and my hands were covered in oil/grease. My hands were covered in this mess by the time I got home and could wash my steering wheel and center console area. Also, everything from my glove box was thrown about my car in various places. I decided to look past it because I didn’t want to deal with this place again in that moment. I went to clean up the mess they made and I couldn’t even open the glove box because the cover to the cabin air filter had been jammed in the back of it. This had very obviously been broken off because one side of it was busted with a screw missing and was not attached on either side. Never had this issue prior. This was extremely unprofessional on their part. I did not receive any apologies from anyone regarding any of this. I will only be returning until my warranty expires since it’s required to service it there. I will not be buying a car with them in the future, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a used Highlander and noticed that the gas cap cover states "Up to E15 Gasoline Only", so I switched from 87 to E15 for maybe 4-5 fills, thinking that it was designed for ethanol. Right after my first routine oil change, the check engine light came on with other warnings, the cruise control quit working, and my garage door went crazy when I got home (it is programmed into highlander). I returned to the dealer and they diagnosed that ethanol level was high and told me to use 87 and not E15 and that the gas cap was wrong. They did not charge me for the return visit. You should probably recall and replace those gas caps before it causes serious problems for someone (photo attached).

They are good at oil changes, wouldn't trust them with anything else. I bought a 2 year old vehicle from them and sense day one told them there was a humming from the rear end. They said "oh probably just a bearing, we'll take care of it" they replaced a bearing in front. I told them its still there, must be tire noise they told me. We'll I take the rear tires off, spin the shaft with no tires, I can see one wobbles, very slightly but I could see it. Back to toyota, im told again "oh its just tire noise, don't worry we had 2 different techs look at the rear shaft its fine". So I take it to brookdale buick, come to find out the output shaft wobbles and bearing is bad in the rear differential, everything needs to be replaced. Took 1 time to brookdale for them to figure it out. Im just glad I was still in factory warranty becouse im sure toyota would not of helped even though I told them and they promised to make it right. Will never service here again even if my 100$ deductible disappears. 1 more thing, they tried telling me the reason my breaks were squeaking because of ice crystals? Are u kidding me, i born at night, not last night. Took it to them when it got warmer of course by that time had 5k miles on it now i have to fork out the money to fix it. Just another promise they broke saying they would take care of it. After my free oil changes I will never go back there, dont recommend anyone else go there either
